The staff are very bad at all. I have to wanting for them so much of time to check in.. the tatami room is old too.

It is a classic Japanese hotel with large rooms, complete facilities and comfortable breakfast and dinner. The restaurant is on the top floor and you can see the bay clearly. There is a fireworks show that night, so you can go to the top floor of the hotel to watch it, which is much better than being crowded on the beach.

Although the room is a bit old, it is great to be able to watch the fireworks in the room. The terrace on the 9th floor is also open during the fireworks festival. Most of the hotel staff are grandfathers. Although they don't speak Chinese, they can communicate with translation software, which is very popular. There are also Chinese-speaking staff who will help you check in. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the station. It's pretty good

It was great to be able to see the fireworks from the rooftop.
The hot springs were also nice.
The room was a little unclean in some areas. But it didn't bother me that much.

The staff were all smiling and greeting me so I was able to stay comfortably. The driver of the shuttle bus from Atami Station was also driving safely so I was able to ride with peace of mind. By chance, the Atami Fireworks Festival was happening so I was able to enjoy a leisurely view of the fireworks from the dinner venue, which was a very lucky stay.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The property is a little worn, could use some refurbishing and the location of the bath is odd - you have to leave the building and enter the adjacent building from a connecting walkway

Pretty good find. Has an onsen, arcade, and a beautiful, small, traditional garden. Located In a walking distance from atami station and all the main attractions. The room does resemble a ryokan.
Most of the staff does not speak English, but will go
great lengths to help. There are some unmentioned fees at the checkout (might accumulate for larger groups) that leaves some bitter taste. But overall a pretty good stay

I always stay at this hotel, and the non-smoking West Wing has a hot spring bath in the room. I can't deny that the rooms are old, but I think it's good value for money if you want to relax.
