I was very satisfied with everything, from the staff's meticulous attention to detail and the welcome upon arrival and departure, to the cleanliness of the room, the open-air bath in the room being a little on the hotter side but adjustable, the natural spring water that warmed the body, the food (Japanese cuisine) which was both delicious and a feast for the eyes, and the views from the lobby, rooftop, and room were all amazing.

The service and food are both very good, and it's a comfortable inn. The building you stay in varies depending on the meal you choose. We chose Japanese food. It was delicious. The bath was hot, but felt good. The sauna in the large communal bath was a little small, but there was a sauna and a cold bath, so we enjoyed the sauna. There were plenty of drinks in the refrigerator in the room, which was helpful. The rest area next to the large communal bath is also a lounge, where beer, Pocari Sweat, etc. are provided, so you can relax at your leisure. We had a wonderful holiday. As expected, all of Fufu no Yado's hotels are very good.

This is my second stay. The weather was nice so I walked from Atami Station. It's not far, but it's a pretty steep slope, so I recommend using the shuttle. I stayed in a room on the 5th floor of Tsukimichi Ocean View Premium. It's higher than the main building so the view is good. The room is spacious, tastefully decorated and clean. The open-air bath in the room can be added with water so you can adjust the temperature. There is a wall between the rooms so you can relax without hearing anyone talking. There are train tracks under the hotel so the train noise was a bit annoying. I'm glad that the drinks in the refrigerator are free and that the amenities include pajamas and yukata. I had "Hitoshio" for both dinner and breakfast. The portions were not too large and were served at the right time. What was disappointing. When I checked in, I wasn't asked if I could carry my luggage. We had teppanyaki facing each other during meals, but it was disappointing that the conversation didn't get exciting. The shower head in the room was difficult to use and stressful. Overall I was satisfied and would like to use it again.

I stayed here on December 30th at the end of the year. I requested a pick-up service from Atami Station in advance, and headed to the inn in a spacious car. The view from the room and the rooftop terrace was amazing. The rooftop terrace is equipped with lap blankets and self-service coffee and tea. Everyone is working hard to serve customers, and the women in the restaurant are working hard, but it would be better if they could get a little more experienced. The food is delicious, but it seems a bit disappointing considering the price. But I would like to go again, and next time I would like to bring my parents and give them a beautiful view as a gift.

In July, I stayed in the penthouse, which is the equivalent of a suite. For some reason, all the lotions and milks on the sink were the type that were set out on the counter, and even though they were small in size, you couldn't take them home. It might be understandable if it was a standard type, but in a penthouse room, which is supposed to be a suite and costs 300,000 yen per night, it was a lack of consideration on the part of the hotel to have to use the amenities that the previous guest had used. Especially now, with the number of COVID-19 cases exploding, it is extremely unsanitary to have to use amenities in a bottle that the previous guest had used. It's something I've never experienced in other hotels. I was shocked, so I probably won't be returning.

All rooms are Ocean View rooms with a view of the Pacific Ocean, and there are four types: Superior, Premium, Suite, and Painted House. This time I stayed in a Superior type, but the room with Simmons beds has a calm a**osphere and is unified with high-quality furnishings and colors. The hot spring is clear and colorless, and the shower room and double sink are equipped with heated floors, which are designed to be comfortable for the soles of your feet. The toilet has a sensor light, the bed has an individual reading light, the desk has a double desk and plenty of power outlets, and in addition to the Nestle machine and tea selection, all drinks in the refrigerator are free, and there is a wide range of clothing, including bathrobes, bath wear, yukata, pajamas, and yoga samue, and there is a wide range of amenities. ② Dinner Japanese restaurant Tsukushi Tsukushi, which combines traditional techniques and hospitality, is located in an open setting facing the sea and offers a lineup of delicate and deep Japanese dishes that change their menu every month and focus on high-quality seasonal ingredients. The recommended sake pairings that add a touch of elegance to the dishes all enhance the flavor of the dishes and create a harmony in your mouth, making them exquisite. ③ Lounge Lookout & Atami Fireworks Festival. At ATAMI Sekaie, transportation to the fireworks venue is provided according to the start time. We were given blankets and miniature chairs, and we were given everything we needed, from pick-up and drop-off to guidance to the venue. The Atami Fireworks Festival is famous nationwide, and the sound and light are so powerful that you forget to blink. It is an event unique to Atami that leaves you with unforgettable memories. Personally, I was moved by the powerful sound of fireworks that reverberated 360 degrees around my body for the first time in my life. At BAR Lounge Lookout, we enjoyed a time of intoxication. There is a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks that are perfect for a blissful moment. The carefully selected whiskeys include vintage and rare items, and the lineup is irresistible for alcohol lovers. You can enjoy a leisurely and moody adult time while admiring the night view with candles. ④ Breakfast Japanese cuisine Tsukushi First, we have two types of salad. A hot pot with exquisite dashi stock, warm vegetables and homemade original raw dressing that can be enjoyed as a salad. After that, our favorite Japanese dishes were lined up one after another, and we enjoyed the lineup of full-bodied and very satisfying dishes with a magnificent view below. I couldn't forget the taste of the fresh dressing, which was made with plenty of domestic Awaji onions, so I bought some at the hotel on my way back. Fresh dressing can be purchased not only at the hotel but also online. ⑤ Morning Yoga Activities At ATAMI Sekaie, we recommend a new way to improve yourself while traveling and take your health with you. The theme is not only to enjoy hot springs, scenery, and food, but also to enjoy walking methods and fasting activity programs, and to check your physical and mental health through personal conditioning and guide both your body and mind to optimal conditioning. This time I participated in 45 minutes of morning yoga. In addition, the nature and health walking with a butler includes a stamina-boosting menu where you walk to Izusan Shrine using Nordic poles, as well as a variety of menus such as fasting, conditioning, and walking methods, so you can not only be healed throughout your trip, but also refresh yourself so that you can live a healthy life every day. ⑥ Facilities On the 5th floor of the Sekaie building, there is an open-air terrace where you can enjoy the ocean view. You can enjoy free drinks and cocktails made in a full-fledged bar at the Konpeki Terrace, and relax with the open sky and the ocean below. The large bath, Komyo-no-yu, is a sacred bath with a long history that has been flowing directly from the source since the Kamakura period, and is also home to the sacred bath of Izusan Shrine, one of Japan's three oldest springs, and a sauna. You can enjoy it in a different way from the open-air baths in your room. In the spacious bathhouse, you can relax in a yukata and enjoy the afterglow of the hot springs with free drinks. My time at the long-awaited ATAMI Sekaie was a memorable experience at this perfect high-end resort hotel, which is more attractive than I had imagined, not only in terms of hardware but also in terms of hospitality, and is full of charm that makes you want to visit it again and again. There is also the Sekaie Tsuki-no-michi building, which seems to have different guest room layouts and styles, so I would definitely like to visit again!

I stayed here during the long weekend to celebrate my birthday. I stayed in a superior room in the main building. The room was not large, but it was comfortable. It was oceanfront and very pleasant. I could see the sunrise from the open-air bath. The spring water had a slight sulfur smell, and the free-flowing water was very pleasant. The dinner was also unique, with a different order than the usual kaiseki dinner. It was very delicious and refreshing. However, the guest next to me was loud, and even on his cell phone, which was a turn-off. I was happy that the number of inbound tourists from Asia had decreased due to COVID-19, and that people's manners had improved, so it was a shame.
