My room is on the 2nd floor and the room is very large and exquisite! The equipment in the room is also very advanced, such as the lighting has 25%, 75%, 100% brightness, and the bedside has master key control, which is very convenient! The bathroom and toilet are two spaces, and the space is wide. The shower water power and water temperature are enough, praise! The location of the hotel is also very good, only 5 minutes walk from the subway station, there is a bus stop 5 meters from the building, and it only takes 18-20 minutes to walk to Acropolis museum .
Staff is friendly and helpful! Thank you Nickolas!
Inadequacy (not a big problem, but improvement will be better): The accommodation date is February 10-12. 1) It is 21:00 when arriving. There is no front desk clerk at the hotel. When arriving, there is no one to answer the door by pressing the clock for about 3-5 minutes. As a result, a kind staff member from the quarantine store assisted the hotel staff. It is recommended that the hotel contact the tenant in advance and send the door password and room password to the tenant. To avoid inconvenience. 2) The air conditioner was weak and awkward. Finally, I chose to open the window, but there was a bit of noise outside the window. 3) There is no cleaning of the bathroom wall, and the hair of the first-hand guest is still seen.
Summary: The hotel is very good, will consider it again!

Anonymous UserAn absolutely unexpected and wonderful stay! The location is incredibly convenient, and the room was spacious, spotless, and fully equipped (iron, fridge, multi-functional bathroom, coffee machine, and even a toaster!). Plus, there's a reasonably priced self-service laundry downstairs. The staff were exceptionally warm, proactive, and friendly, always ready to assist! Just a heads-up: be mindful of their operating hours, especially if you need to store your luggage, so plan accordingly. If I get the chance to visit Athens again, I will definitely choose to stay here!

Kseniia KanarisThe best hostel I've ever stayed in. I can't even call it a hostel, it's definitely a hotel. They even make you an egg dish for breakfast, and everything is delicious. The hostel is comfortable, stylish, modern, and most importantly, very clean. I stayed in another hostel in Athens, which was also good, but Ocupa is the best place for solo travelers. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

The biggest advantage of this apartment hotel is that it is in a good location, located in the city center, walking to the market, monuments, subway stations (40 minutes from Metro Line 3 to the airport), downstairs is full of lively restaurants, super convenient. The room is very large, a family of three and four are no problem, the facilities are complete, you can eat like a home, the hotel provides a variety of breakfasts, overall it is good. The only downside is that the surrounding area is too lively, and the restaurant bar below is noisy until two or three in the morning every day.

Guest UserAmazing place with five stars facilities! Plenty of room for fellow nomads outside of our own designated bedrooms, a wide range of activities to try for free, a killer view of the Acropolis from their rooftop bar and they even threw in a free drink in the evening. The place was clean, convenient, and near shopping spots. The only problem was the construction going on around the place but thankfully it was temporary. For my private room, they provided clean towels. The bathrooms were clean and spacious for a dorm kind of situation. The air-conditioner was a saviour in summer and they even had a little balcony. Amazing price for what I've gotten out of the stay. Staffs were accommodating and helpful. Again, five-stars for the facilities! For a hostel, it's dreamy!

Great location in the city centre with many restaurants and cafes around. Hotel amenities are new and clean. They prepare earbuds for guests but it wasn’t noisy around at all. Staff are really friendly and supportive
I just don’t really like how lockers in my room are too high (they set it like a wardrobe), so it was difficult and inconvenient to lift my suitcase up to put it in my locker. I prefer to leave it on the floor

LinchalinnI had mixed feelings about my stay at Athens Heart Suite. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the housekeeping team does a great job keeping the rooms clean and well-maintained.
However, the service experience was quite disappointing. There is no on-site staff, which makes the check-in process very slow and confusing. It was also difficult to arrange luggage storage. Furthermore, I encountered a leaking air conditioner in my room; despite reporting it and being told that a technician would come to fix it, no one ever showed up, and the issue was essentially ignored.
While the property itself is nice, the lack of reliable service and communication makes it hard to recommend

I stayed here recently and the main issue is that it simply doesn’t offer good value for money. There are much better and cheaper options in Athens.
The biggest problem was the beds. The mattresses were very uncomfortable — you can feel the springs, and even after changing beds it didn’t improve. For the price, this is not acceptable.
The breakfast is definitely not worth €6. It’s extremely basic: cheap sliced bread, low-quality ham and cheese, yogurt, cereal, a small cake, and fruit that wasn’t fresh (some pieces were even spoiled). It feels overpriced for what you get.
The happy hour wine is also disappointing — it’s just very cheap boxed wine, which doesn’t match the expectation.
As for the staff, the cleaning staff were quite unfriendly, often not even acknowledging greetings. However, the reception team was helpful and polite, which I appreciated.
To be fair, management did offer a partial refund regarding a pricing issue, which I appreciate.
But overall, the experience does not justify the price. You can find better quality for less money in Athens.

Guest UserGood location and moderate price are all the benefits.
If there is a possibility to pay 10-20 euro , it is better to choose another hotel (apartments)
