The only two things that we experienced were quickly resolved in a professional manner! Did not affect our stay! Pillows too soft, but mattress was great!

My stay at the Austin Southpark Hotel was perfect. Please advise senior management they have all their ducks in a row. The lobby was fantastic, the recessed bar was an interesting touch, and the front desk staff were courteous and responsive. Breakfast twice at the restaurant was just what I needed to start the day. Restaurant staff were also courteous, and the breakfast was prepared properly. The room was clean as expected with all the amenities. The next time I am in Austin I will definitely return.
