Adnan at the budda bar is so attentive and fill your drinks before they are empty. Such a happy man who is always on a hype. Made our evening drinks more enjoyable with his chats. Beth the entertainer lady is also lovely, always smiling and chatty with us even when not talking about the entertainment. Our cleaner (not sure her name) was fantastic, she struggled to understand us at times but she was always lovely and smiling at us. We learnt a few Turkish words through her. Hotel itself is in the perfect spot, our room and hotel spotlessly clean, only thing i would suggest is fixing the amusement area as it smells very unpleasent, as if there has been a leak and soaked the carpet but been left. Food could be much better, cater alot of other nationalities and alot of the stuff tasted bland, partner got uncoooked chicken skewer given to her. To be fair there was a que so clearly just rushing to get them served. Not much going on entertainment wise, a few activities round the pool during the day but once you have tea there is like a few hours wait for a 45 min show, but thats all of the evening entertainment there is. Overall a wonderful hotel, fantastic staff and ideal for families with young kids.

Just returned after an amazing 10 days at the Royal! I cannot fault this hotel at all, perfect for all the family, with plenty to do both day and night. Beautiful beaches right outside the hotel, multiple pools and slides, access to both sister hotels, and the cleanliness and upkeep is 10/10. One thing that made the hotel exceptional is the staff! Lovely, polite, and great with all the family! The photographers were great, especially with the 5 kids (age 1-12) during the photoshoot we had. Ekin (entertainment team) always made our family feel welcome, and was amazing and funny when hosting activities, especially our 17:15 darts! Food in the restaurant was lovely, and always found something I liked! Mahmut Guzl looked after us from start to finish on our holiday for lunch and evening meal, he welcomed us each time we came into the restaurant, was polite, asked how our day was, taught us some Turkish, and always brought our drinks over without even needing to remind him what we like! Ata Karatas looked after my family for breakfast and was great with all 11 of us, even with the noise and mess the kids made. Nothing was ever to much for either Mahmt or Ata. Both also made both mine and my 12 year old nephew birthday’s very special, singing happy birthday and decorating our table for the evening. Hotel is 10/10, and already thinking about our next visit!

AQI Pegasos Royal to hotel stworzony dla rodzin z dziećmi. Bogactwo rozrywek, udogodnień i animacji zadowoli nawet najbardziej wymagających. Zjeżdżalnie z dużą ilością ratowników, water polo, aqua aerobik (amazing:), tenis, dart, mini golf, mini disco dla dzieci i wieczorne występy o 21:30 w amfiteatrze albo kąpiel w pianie na plaży - to tylko niektóre z szerokiego wachlarza atrakcji. Wielkim atutem hotelu jest uśmiechnięta obsługa, dokładająca wszelkich starań abyśmy czuli się wyjątkowo. Szczególne podziękowania kieruję do wspaniałego Tarika Erbek, który króluje w restauracji, ale właściwie zasługuje na miano idealnego konsjerża z uwagi na chęć niesienia pomocy w każdej sytuacji. Pyszne, urozmaicone jedzenie to wisienka na tym starannie przygotowanym dla urlopowiczów torcie. Przy tej okazji gorąco polecam też wycieczkę z polskim, lokalnie działającym biurem Metin Tour na "The Land of Legends NIGHT show", koszt 20€ dorosły, dziecko 4-12lat 18€, wyjazd ok. 18, powrot ok. 1 w nocy, warto!!!

Nice and clean hotel, beautiful outside area, excelent service and food. Our waiter Yusuf Tuner was especially great, welcoming, hard-working and always with a warm smile 😊 Kids love him, as he manages to play with them in between working. He has a lot of patience and genuine love for children, which they sense quickly. Thank you all very much, we will be coming back 😊❤️

Fantastic place for family vacation. Everything in the hotel was amazing for us. Beautiful sandy beach next to pools with water slides is the best receipt for great holiday. Everywhere is very clean and esthetic. Huge appreciation to the kitchen and main restautant staff. All guys doing such a great job and look after you at each step. Special thanks to Tarik Erbek and Mehmet Golak who surprised us the most with their service ;)

We have had a fantastic vacation here. The food is excelent, activities for children and adults are many volyball, tenis, waterpolo, slides… Every corner is clean. I woud esspecially like to point out that Yusuf Tuner has given us great service and taken care of everything for us.

This is a fabulous hotel. It is very clean, the staff are very friendly and attentive. The food choice was great and was always hot, there was something every night even for the pickiest of eaters including my children. A special shout out to Olga who sought us out and made sure my son was ok after falling and hurting his chin. She took to the matter straight away to see if there was anything she could do to enhance the safety in the area to make sure it wouldn't happen to anyone else. It was just an unfortunate accident but we were looked after. Overall this is a fantastic hotel and had all the facilities for an enjoyable holiday and if the opportunity came in the future we would not hesitate to come back.

The holiday was one of the best we’ve had yet lovely hotel good activities for the children and the staff so helpful, especially Hasan in the restaurant couldn’t do enough for us made it really special We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends

Just returned from an utterly brilliant week at Pegasos Royal. The standard of cleanliness, service, and food throughout was second to none. With pegasos club and resort hotels right next door to the royal meant we always had several options for bars, entertainment and pools. The food was amazing with something for everyone including fish and meat straight from the grill. The cleaning staff always made sure the room was spotlessly clean with plenty of bottled water left for us overnight. Thank you to all the brilliant attentive staff who ensured we wanted for nothing at every turn. We would return without hesitation.
