We love "Luke's Wohnzimmer" restaurant at the Sendlhofer's Hotel. It offers a great selection of regional dishes and portions are super small, so you can sample several different options. Desserts are also highly recommended. Only downside is, that the restaurant is always busy! Be sure to make a reservation before you go.

Had the most fantastic experience. The hotel (and the apar**ent complex we were in) are nothing short of amazing. Rooms are spacy, uber clean, nicely organized and very easy to access. The hotel facilities are one of the best I've ever stayed in a ski resort - from restaurant, bar, spa/pool and loverly open spaces. They have amazing choice of wines from Austria and even a cellar of their own. Joy to see and taste. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and creates a welcoming and family a**osphere. Only very minor comment is that the rooms are too dark, and bedrooms could use a bit stronger lighting. Thank you very much to the entire Sendlhofer family and staff!!

I visited many countries and stayed at many hotels and resorts. But every year once or twice my wife and I go to this Hotel. It became a necessity to see a real fairytale. Entering the hotel you feel yourself entering a different world - world of smile and good spirit, attention and care and new home. The only wish - please, keep and save it.

A lovely hotel, restaurant and bar BUT ….. the chap who manages it leaves a lot to be desired. Dismissive and really needs some training in good customer service. Service disappointingly generally slow but very nice head chef of the kitchen.

We only came across this hotel towards the end of our holiday in Bad Hofgastein. What a wonderful place it was. Friendly staff and very attentive. We just had an evening meal here. The menu was a list of 90+ dishes, a bit like tapas. You can order as many dishes as you like and the menu changes regularly. The choice is very varied from steaks, fish, black pasta!!, vegetarian, vegan, offal etc Only 1 tip i would give is to ask for the wine list(we didnt and took the servers recommendation & got a shock when the bill came! The wine was delicious though so softened the blow. Quirky place with a banana slide into the restaurant!!

It's only our 7-th time or more that we were visiting you, weren't us? This tells it all Fantastic breakfast, luxury dinners, superb spa. Super friendly staff. This is one of best Hotels we ever been in Austria Very new Very modern We were in Apar**an complex in second building also very new and modern facility For conservative Austria this is like new age hotel You will not find something like this easy in Austria Food is great Lucas restoran provide very nice and very good food SPA is also great,especially part at -1 flor only for adults Only thing that missing is connection between apar**an building and main hotel building but pool is outside with thermal water

What a nice surprise, we booked very last minute as the hotel we had booked had to close (corona cases). I did little research, the pictures looked good and the price was a OK. We were already impressed with the design, modern alpine style I would call it. Our room was very spacious, the pool and wellness area is nice, location is good. The real plus however is the restaurant. Great cocktail, an innovative menu, good quality, friendly casual service. My daughter loved the slide in the restaurant, I and I enjoyed that she had entertainment. Loved it, we will be back next year.

I think this is the perfect hotel! We treated ourselves to a really special stay over Chris**as at this fantastic hotel. We felt welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Our rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and extremely cosy. The hotel decor is stylish and quirky, with so many different areas to just sit, or eat and drink that there's always a nice spot to be, whatever your mood. Luke's restaurant is amazing. The food is wonderful and the bar and wait staff are friendly and helpful at all times. Chris**as Eve in Austria is a Big Deal and they all put on quite a party. It had to have been a massive task but they pulled it off with big smiles and such generosity. The whole team are lovely from housekeeping to the manager. The indoor/outdoor pool was so warm and inviting; swimming outside at night, in that lovely garden, with snow on the ground was pretty awesome. Sauna area was beautiful too. I gave myself a trea**ent in the spa for Chris**as and the the lovely young woman in there was so funny, a great communicator as well as a skilled masseuse. Relaxing and fun. Thanks to the whole team at Sendlehofer's - they're absolutely nailing it. I'm gushing. We all loved it and hope to get back one day...
