The hotel is an enchanting haven, meticulously designed to ignite tranquility, relaxation and romance. We had a garden suite which also had an amazing view of the ocean beyond the grass of the garden. The decor exudes an authentic charm, blending classic elegance with modern comfort seamlessly. Each element is thoughtfully curated, reflecting a timeless sophistication that invites guests to unwind in style. The ambiance is warm and inviting, creating an atmosphere of relaxed refinement. From the tasteful furnishings to the subtle accents, every detail contributes to the overall sense of exceptional luxury and comfort. It's a space where tradition meets innovation, where guests can bask in the beauty of classic design while enjoying the convenience of modern amenities. The resort rooms are very large and spread out. We had tons of privacy. The gym offers a sanctuary for fitness enthusiasts. The restaurant we ate at had a special separate table that sits 2-4 by the fire, I would definitely recommend requesting that specific one. The secluded beach, with its soft sands and warm waters, invites moments of shared bliss and connection. There are huge terraced pools so you can have plenty of space. It was a dream for this introvert! The staff helping went above and beyond. Best of the best in Punta Mita! Thank you Sammi and team!

An absolute dream - the nicest place I've ever stayed. It doesn't whisper to your heart, it wraps it in a full-bodied hug. Expensive? Yeah, brutally so. But worth every penny. The staff, the facility, the food, the scenery. All top notch. We hope to he back! This was a big treat for us (wife's 50th) and we were pretty careful in choosing where to go. There were so many special little touches, from the welcome margaritas, to the host delivering us a nice handwritten note with the recipe for one of the dips we liked and asked about, to all of the staff going out of their way to know us and address us by our names. Too many to shout out, because seriously every single staff member excelled at their craft. The fancy restaurant is delicious (see pics). The only negative is that I wouldn't recommend the tacos from the bar area (salty and expensive for what you get), but oddly, tacos ordered at the pools were good. Literally everything else was world class. We are really going to miss this place.

We had had a wonderful experience at Susurros. Absolutely beautiful resort with breathtaking views. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Everyone remembers your name and the service is second to none. The rooms are stunning and give you the sense you are the first to ever stay in them. We are already trying to book our next trip here.

I just returned from an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The hotel's amenities were outstanding, including the luxurious spa, pristine pool, and well-equipped fitness center. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, offering a true sense of comfort and elegance. However, what truly set this hotel apart was the incredible service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and attentive, but I have to give special mention to Danny and Ale, the baristas at the hotel's café. They made us feel so welcome, treating us more like family than guests. Every morning, Danny and Ale greeted us with warm smiles and remembered our coffee preferences, making our mornings special. They took the time to engage with us, asking about our plans for the day and offering helpful suggestions for local attractions. Their genuine kindness and enthusiasm created a delightful atmosphere that we looked forward to each day. In addition to the exceptional service at the Mita café, the entire staff consistently demonstrated a level of hospitality that is rare to find. Every interaction was marked by professionalism, warmth, and a genuine desire to make our stay memorable. I cannot recommend Susurros Del Corazon enough. The wonderful amenities and stunning surroundings were enhanced by the phenomenal service. Everyone made our stay not just enjoyable, but truly exceptional. We left feeling rejuvenated, valued, and eager to return.

This resort is gorgeous! The perfect little hideaway to relax and enjoy quiet time. Secluded, private beach is breathtaking.

We stayed for a 3-night trip and had a wonderful experience. Part of the resort was closed for renovations/repair during our stay so we were bummed that we didn't get to enjoy one of the restaurants or the main large family pool, but staff went out of their way to accomodate. The rooms was beautiful, large and very clean. Service was definitely 5 star! Staff was very responsive via text message. When my Gluten-free/dairy-free wife mentioned how much she loved the chocolate welcome gift that had been specially prepared in our room upon arrival, they brought this again every day. The entire resort including the beach is beautiful. The Spa is a wonderful experience. All of the food we had was very good, but pricey. Be aware that all items have a 31% service and VAT charge on top.

I visited Susurros for our annual President's Club. I was so impressed by the beautiful property, the incredible spaces, the warm staff and incredible food. It's one of my favorite spots now and I can't wait to go back.
