"I booked a non-smoking room, but the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The smell in the bathroom was very strong and extremely irritating to my nose.
The room was not clean. The floor was dirty, and I found 1-2 small cockroaches. The bathroom was poorly designed and not properly separated into sections.
The bed was very hard, and I woke up with back pain in the morning.
There is no elevator in the building-only stairs. I had to carry my large 29-inch suitcase down from the 4th floor to the 1st floor by myself, which was very inconvenient.
I originally booked 5 nights, but I had to cancel the remaining 4 nights because I simply could not continue staying there
Overall, a very disappointing experience 😌"

The lobby was elegant and welcoming, and the front desk staff were efficient and friendly. The rooms were spacious and bright, with soft and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom was spotless with a separate shower and toilet. The staff were attentive and friendly, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, all wearing smiles and making us feel right at home. Because I was traveling with two children, I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally chose this one. First of all, the bed is big enough, the location is excellent, and the place is clean and odorless. When we arrived, it was indeed clean and the bed was comfortable. The boss was very enthusiastic and even invited us to taste the yogurt. It also introduces delicious and fun things in the surrounding area.

The machine is good. I played for three days and wasn't maliciously logged out of Steam. Thumbs up! The only downside is that I can't leave the game running when I'm out, and the power goes out when I remove the card. I suggest separating the power grid.

1. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the room is spacious and bright, the bedding is comfortable, and I sleep until dawn. The service is warm and thoughtful, the price is super high, and I will choose to stay next time!

Guest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get a taxi and shop around the area. The lobby and guest rooms were spotless, the bathrooms were odor-free, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the pillows were the perfect height, and I slept very soundly at night. The room's soundproofing was also excellent. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were polite and attentive throughout the process, readily available for any needs, and toiletries and drinking water were replenished promptly. The facilities are very new, hot water is plentiful, and the air conditioning is quiet. It's excellent value for money and a top choice for travel accommodations. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely choose it again next time.

The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept very well. Guest UserThe location is fantastic, right near Xining Railway Station, making travel super convenient. Even though it's a hostel, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the bedding is spotless. There are plenty of great food options nearby, and the recommendations from the owner were excellent! The owner is really enthusiastic and provided very detailed local tips. For this price in this area, the value for money is unbeatable, perfect for backpackers and students. I'll definitely come back next time!

這家酒店朋友推薦的，本來看價格蠻划算就攜程定了心悦雙床房，到了前台説心悦系列的都是拐角且沒有浴缸什麼的，我很生氣因為平台上沒有明顯提示，不能因為價格相對較低就搞這種事情，不過最後到了房間看到房間到是蠻大的，整體設施還不錯，前台服務也很好，説了要是冷可以加厚被子，還給説了周邊好吃好玩的地方，五星好評。

Guest UserThis homestay is the best we have lived in China! The two-bedroom and one-living room is spacious and bright, clean and comfortable! Elegant decoration. The kitchen is fully equipped and the washing machine works well. The landlord Xiao Xiao has a warm service and a quick and timely response! There are farmers' markets and various restaurants near the community. There is a bus stop not far from the community. Very recommended this time apartment! It brought a pleasant and homely feeling to our trip to Xining! I hope there are more excellent homestays like this in China!

Guest UserMy home is right in front of Harmony Homes. If it weren't for the guests at home, I wouldn't have known there was such an affordable hotel.
The experience is very good. A lot of toiletries are given as gifts, so you don’t need to take them from home. The decoration of the room is quite new. The mattresses and quilt cores on the bed should not have been used for a long time. They are all quite new, which is good.
We booked two rooms, and found out that the stickers on the walls of each room were different, each with its own meaning, and they were very thoughtful.
All the guest supplies in the room are disposable, so you don’t have to worry about hygiene and whether there are bacteria. You can just replace them after use. The business really thinks about consumers. In the future, guests who come to the house will choose your place to stay. Rest assured, feel at ease and take care! ! ! 👍👍👍
