The breakfast, a fantastic spread of both Western and Chinese dishes, truly set me up for the day – from freshly cooked noodles to aromatic freshly ground coffee. Plus, having complimentary access to the gym and laundry room was a thoughtful touch that really rounded out the five-star experience!

The room was spacious and the facilities were all good. The location is excellent with plenty of snack options nearby, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, which left us with a great impression of Xining. This hotel offers good value for money.

It’s hard to sleep at night, because we cannot even open the window. - The room was quite old. - Staff cannot speak English. Google translate app is needed. But, no problem. - heater opens all night. - Poor lighting I got a room upgrade, because the staff misunderstood about my visa. I recommend this hotel for anyone who stays during winter or early spring.

Eating a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore Haihu Wanda was incredibly convenient, as the location is superb and getting around is a breeze. The traffic flow downstairs was smooth, making parking and catching a taxi hassle-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xining, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved. On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.
