Our Qinghai-Gansu grand loop trip ended perfectly. We stayed at this hotel on our first day of the journey and chose to stay here again on our way back. Coincidentally, the lovely front desk lady who checked us in on the first day was also there to greet us. The service throughout our stay was consistently thoughtful and reliable, making us feel incredibly warm and cared for after a long journey. A huge thank you to her for her enthusiastic and attentive care. If I ever travel to the Northwest again, I will definitely choose this place and look for her again!

The room was spacious and the facilities were all good. The location is excellent with plenty of snack options nearby, making food delivery incredibly convenient. The staff were very enthusiastic and responsive to our needs, which left us with a great impression of Xining. This hotel offers good value for money.

After comparing a few hotels, I still decided to go with Sofitel! And I'm so glad I did, it was a truly nice experience. Firstly, the hotel has a fantastic design; it doesn't feel old or dated at all, and the facilities are impeccably maintained, definitely five-star standard. Secondly, the billiard and ping-pong rooms are a real highlight! Thirdly, the service was incredibly thoughtful. It just so happened to be my birthday during my stay, and my butler, Xiao Qi, thoughtfully delivered a birthday cake – I was truly touched!

We had an upgrade when we arrived, a beautiful suite with a great view . Breakfast was great, mostly chinese but with lots of options. English is not spoken by the staff but it is not a problem. The location is perfect, just next to wanda shopping mall with lots of options to eat and buy. This hotel is a gem for the price.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offered a substantial variety of hot dishes, including light vegetables and spicy stir-fries. The food was kept warm and the flavors were authentic to the local cuisine. Eating a hearty breakfast before heading out to explore Haihu Wanda was incredibly convenient, as the location is superb and getting around is a breeze. The traffic flow downstairs was smooth, making parking and catching a taxi hassle-free. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick. This hotel is suitable for both business and leisure travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Xining, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved. On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.

Check out to praise the room's sleep equipment! I have heard that the mousse mattress is very good, and there is really nothing to say about the personal experience. The mattress is just soft and hard, fits the waist and back, and the whole person is relaxed when lying down, and sleeps very peacefully. There are two kinds of pillows, buckwheat pillows and memory pillows, no need to find the front desk to take, which one you want to use directly, sleep very fragrant all night, the store will choose the configuration too much, really recommend!

The overall experience of staying at Dongbao Hotel this time is superb. The hotel is located in the new district of Haihu. The location is excellent. It is very convenient for daily travel and shopping. The rooms are well-equipped, the smart facilities are easy to use, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing. The front desk staff is warm and caring, meticulous and thoughtful. The room has a wide view and a high-altitude view of Xining. It is very suitable to choose this one for travel and residence in Xining.

The hotel lobby's decor was luxurious and grand, and the front desk staff were incredibly polite and welcoming, their smiles were truly heartwarming. I had originally booked a standard room, but the front desk agent thoroughly explained the benefits of a view room. After upgrading, the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the mattress was perfectly firm yet comfortable. It was quiet at night, not noisy at all, making for an overall perfect experience.
