Cologne Hotels with balcony

Hygiene: The room was thoroughly cleaned and well-maintained. Service: The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly warm and welcoming, with a friendly attitude during both check-in and check-out. Facilities: Basic toiletries were provided, and the room had decent soundproofing, making for a quiet night's sleep. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located not far from the train station and city center, about a fifteen-minute walk, which makes getting around easy. It's also quiet as it's not directly in the bustling downtown area.

I had a wonderful stay at CityClass Hotel am Dom. The location truly could not be better — it is just steps away from the magnificent Cologne Cathedral, and the views from the room were absolutely fantastic. Waking up to a direct view of the cathedral was a highlight of the trip. The hotel is also surrounded by plenty of food options, from traditional German restaurants to international cuisine, all within easy walking distance. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient, especially in the evenings. Furthermore, it is just a 5-minute walk from the train station. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Overall, an excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay right in the heart of Cologne with unbeatable views and dining options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is really good. Maybe it's because the hotels I stayed at in Paris were too small, but arriving in Germany, this hotel was spacious and very clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The breakfast was also decent, and the staff always gave me bottled mineral water. The owner seems to be Chinese and was very friendly. It was a really great experience, and I'd recommend it to my friends.

Don’t stay here in summer it’s absolute hell. It doesn’t have any working air con regardless of what they say and the room is 28-30c at night! The hotel owners need to spend a few million euros overhauling the entire system and it’s obvious they won’t ever do that Sadly because of this the front desk staff bare the brunt of complaints therefore creating a toxic work environment the room itself is nice but sadly would never book again during summer months

The hotel was in a great location, right by the cathedral and close to the shopping district and mainline train station. The room was big, spacious and clean. However unfortunately at the moment there is a lot of construction work happening behind the hotel where our room was and it was very hard to sleep with such loud noises from 7am we also had to leave the windows open as it was very warm and there was no air conditioning in the room which also didnt help. There was a free coffee machine available to make hot drinks in the lobby to take to the room however it wasnt always working when we needed it. Otherwise good value hotel.

I visited Cologne to see the performance. The location was good because it was close to the central station and the concert hall. There are many restaurants around, and you can walk a little bit by the Rhine. The room was clean and all the facilities were good. However, there was no elevator, so it was difficult to walk up and down the rotary stairs to the fourth floor. I think it's hard for people with a lot of luggage.

A rather basic hotel, but worthy of its price. The hotel is suitable for people with a limited budget but who want to live here for a long time. In addition to ordinary hotel rooms, there are also public living rooms and public bathrooms (that is, there are also rooms without bathrooms). The overall feel is more like a student dormitory. The room was very cold when I arrived. I searched for a long time before I realized that the heating was not turned on. So my impression of this hotel is cold and bleak, and I guess I won't go there again in the future. But it would be unfair to say that this hotel has nothing good to offer.

Good value for money, super friendly staff. Fairly narrow parking spaces available depending on availability. Hotel is close to the center, short walk to the city center.

It is a great location for a business trip, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I recommend it as the best stay for a solo stay. It was convenient because it had cooking utensils and an induction stove so I could have a simple meal.

最坑的是前台和公寓樓不在一個地方，打車到公寓樓下，找了好半天沒找到前台，在樓下問了好幾個德國人都不知道，最後一個德國帥哥幫我打電話問才知道前台在八百米外，又推着箱子走過去拿鑰匙，又推着走回來。開門都是老式的鑰匙鎖，房間設施很簡陋，沒有紙巾，床頭枱燈找了半天才找到開關，洗澡水也不是很熱。沒有電話，你衹能用德國手機聯繫前台。總之很不方便。唯一優點是窗外是萊茵河美景，附近比較安靜。打車到科隆市中心大約7公里。公寓樓下有個中國餐館，馬路對角有個不錯的麪包店可以吃早餐。
