With a stay at Schiller5 Hotel, you'll be centrally located in Munich, a short 6-minute walk from Karlsplatz - Stachus and 13 minutes by foot from Theresienwiese. This hotel is 0.8 mi (1.3 km) from Frauenkirche and 1 mi (1.7 km) from Marienplatz. Make use of convenient amenities, which include complimentary wireless internet access and concierge services. Take advantage of the hotel's room service (during limited hours). Wrap up your day with a drink at the bar/lounge. Buffet breakfasts are available daily from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM for a fee. Featured amenities include complimentary wired internet access, a computer station, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite. Make yourself at home in one of the 62 individually furnished guestrooms, featuring MP3 docking stations and LCD televisions. Complimentary wired and wireless internet access keeps you connected, and satellite programming provides entertainment. Bathrooms have complimentary toiletries and hair dryers. Conveniences include laptop-compatible safes and desks, and housekeeping is provided daily.

"Hotel is located about 200-300 meter straight line distance, which is about 10-15 mins walking distance from the Munich main train station. Will be convenient for travelers arriving in Munich by train. However, there are at least one strip club /night club nearby and there seem to be many central Asia immigrants around the area, so may not be convenient for single person or those with family. The bedroom and bathroom are pretty old and of average size by Asian standard. Housekeeping is only done if you hang the ”Tidy Room” sign on the door. Breakfast and service are average at best. The tourist attractions around the Marienplatz area (St John church, City Hall, Frauenkirche etc) are about 20 - 25 minutes walking distance away. The Residenz museum is a further 10 mins walk from Marienplatz. Overall, just an average hotel and probably only worth it considering the proximity to the train station and the less expensive room rate. May want to explore other hotels nearby or nearer to the old town area."

This hotel boasts excellent transport links, being super close to HBF Central Station and right next to DM. I booked a day tour and found that many tour buses depart from a hotel just over 100 meters away, making it very convenient for catching those day trip coaches. The hotel lobby offers complimentary fruit daily; I grabbed an apple every day, along with some candies. The rooms don't have bathtubs, and the beds are quite small, with two beds basically pushed together. The mattress firmness was just right, and the pillow height suited me well. There's a Nespresso capsule coffee machine with 8 capsules, replenished daily, and six tea bags, which is nice – I particularly enjoyed the ginger tea. The environment is clean and hygienic, and they provide shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. This was a pleasant surprise, especially after staying in Nuremberg later and finding no facial tissues there! The sound insulation of the windows is decent; while it gets quite noisy when open due to the electric trains right by the station, the train sounds at night didn't bother me or affect my sleep. I must say, the breakfast is excellent, with a fantastic variety and delicious options. However, when I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM, the front desk informed me that early check-in, usually after 3 or 4 PM in European hotels, would cost dozens of euros. I figured the price was acceptable, so I checked in early. But then, at my next hotel in Nuremberg, I arrived at 12 PM and was allowed to check in without any extra charge when I asked if early check-in was possible. So, it's not really comparable! The hotel offers free Wi-Fi with good speed. They also provide a complimentary bottle of mineral water daily, which is a great perk as water in Europe can be quite expensive, around 20 RMB per bottle.

Stayed for a night, was convenient close to the rail road station on the way to Austria. Friendly staff. Free tea and coffee. You can help yourself to drinks and snacks as long as you write in down for payment the next morning. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Thank you.

I had a great time in Wunderlocke. The aesthetic of the hotel was top notch and the location was also great. My only issue was that check in was 4pm which is really late considering the fact that check out is 11am. And you will have to pay an extra fee if you want to check in early 🙄. Asides that, every other thing was great.

The location was fantastic, very close to the station and within easy reach of the city center. The neighborhood felt very safe, which was a big plus. It was also great to have a supermarket and a coin laundry within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. When the hairdryer in the room wasn't working, I went to the front desk and they immediately lent me a spare, which I thought was excellent service.

Convenient for using trains near the station. I stayed in an apartment, but the front desk staff explained different rules for changing towels and sheets. The towel was free and the sheets were paid, but the person in charge at another front desk said that the sheets were free.

Condor Hotel is a very convenient property that I tend to visit often during my stays in Munich. Even though it is situated as a 3-Stars hotel, I find it to actually tend more toward a 4-Stars standard. The hotel is located in a very convenient proximity to the Munich central train station (Hauptbahnhof), making it easily accessible for me upon my arrival to the city. The check-in process is always smooth and efficient, as it was this time as well. The team is always nice and helpful. The rooms are a highlight, and even though they are not large - the rooms do combine modern design trends with a classic touch. They are immaculately maintained, featuring spotless bathrooms with powerful showers and beds that ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Daily housekeeping keeps everything pristine, and the overall service is attentive. Considering the prime location and high quality of the facilities, the Condor Hotel provides exceptional value for money. It is a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Munich.

The reception was indifferent and unfriendly. When booking, I specified the need for latex pillows and an extra luggage rack in the special requests section, but neither was provided upon check-in. The concierge's service was better. At check-out, I requested the frontdesk to help with my luggage, but no one came to assist. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also poorly attended to; the service was lukewarm and indifferent, perhaps due to the restaurant's high demand. The food quality was mediocre and did not live up to the website's claim of being the top restaurant in Munich. The Deluxe Room we booked online was advertised as 35-38 square meters, but the actual room was much smaller than expected. In short, aside from the location, everything else fell short of expectations, earning only a mediocre rating. I would likely not stay there again or recommend it to friends; perhaps my expectations were too high, leading to greater disappointment.

When I was heading out my room I closed the door very hard and the door was completely shut. It was supposed to be locked, but when I checked, I could open the door many times without using a key. It only truly locked after many tries. This is a security problem. Parking is quite far away. Neighbourhood is not too quitet because there are a few clubs and bars nearby. Reception is inside the bar, the check-in and entrance is through the back alley. That door is difficult to open, we spent a long time finding out and eventually had to kick it open.

🚗 Fantastic Stay with Amazing Free Parking and Wonderful Staff! 🚗 If you are looking for a comfortable, stress-free place to stay in Munich—especially if you are traveling by car—Hotel Blutenburg is an excellent choice. I had a wonderful experience here and would definitely recommend it to fellow travelers. 🛏️ Pretty Nice and Clean Rooms The rooms here are pretty nice, very cozy, and kept spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring Munich. The overall vibe of the hotel is very peaceful and traditional, making it a relaxing home base. A Quick Tip on the AC: It is important to note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. However, this didn't ruin my stay at all! They provide fans in the room, and because the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you can easily leave the windows open at night to let in a lovely, cool breeze without being disturbed by city noise. 🤝 Exceptionally Nice and Welcoming Staff The hospitality here is top-notch. The staff members are really, really nice, genuinely welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, they made me feel incredibly comfortable. They are happy to give you local tips, recommend nearby bakeries for breakfast, and help you navigate the local transport. It truly feels like a warm, family-run business. 🅿️ Amazing Free Parking! One of the absolute highlights of this hotel is the free parking. Anyone who has traveled to Munich knows that finding parking can be a total nightmare and incredibly expensive. Having free, secure parking right at the hotel is an absolute game-changer and saved me so much money and stress!
