Very satisfied, the hotel service is very good, the room facilities are also very clean. Although it is on the island, the hotel's own dinner is not bad (compared with the hotel in Phuket's Emperor Island, the Pilatus Hotel is much better). The waiters are also very friendly, and there is free afternoon tea every day. By the way, the cleaning staff is really good, and will tidy up our outside together (clothes are folded, and the items are neatly arranged. I seriously suspect that he has obsessive-compulsive disorder hahaha). He will also write us a small note and write "Use it quickly!" on the afternoon tea coupons we didn't use. It's very cute haha

The view outside the balcony is also good. There is a good sunset view on sunny days. The staff is also very enthusiastic and responsive.
