Amazing room and service for a very reasonable price. There are still a few bugs here and there but it’s expected for a hotel in Ubud.

A very bad hotel, extremely disappointed, the worst villa, the wires beside the pool in the room are exposed, more than 2,600 a night, the pool is full of bugs whether it is day or night, I didn't even go in the pool villa for two days because it was too disgusting, I couldn't go in the water at all, which meant I booked a room with a pool for nothing, and then I was given a set of toiletries on the day of check-in, and the next day it was assumed that you can still use the first day's toiletries, and you don't change them for new ones 😄 I'm really drunk, it feels like I'm staying in a 200 yuan small hotel. Don't stay there, it's really bad.

The experience from check-in to check-out was very, very good. The hotel is very new and the location is quite suitable. It is not far from the downtown area and it takes about half an hour to take a taxi to Ubud to eat. The hotel itself has delicious breakfast and dinner and the price is very reasonable. The receptionist who received us yupik and sakun are very enthusiastic! I will still stay here next time I go!

Staff very keen to please and food was beyond superb . Only issues are spa is nearly impossible to access unless you are super fit and inclinator not working , a rack for towels outside would be handy and the bathroom products did not live up to the quality of everything else

Very beautiful property, nice views, and clean. It is quite and relaxing. We loved it. Recommended staying. Also, all the staff was very accommodating and nice.

This place was absolutely magical. My wife and i celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed all of the amenities they had to offer. The room was magnificent ans the view was breathtaking. I truly recommend booking a massage at their spa. Its at the base of the jungle near a flowing river and the sounds of the jungle and river along with the massage really send you to a state of bliss. 20 our of 10 will stay here again.

All around this property is five stars. The staff, location, and design/architecture were incredible! However, the one area they need a little work is the dining and restaurant. The staff in the restaurant is really amazing, but some of the food was sub-par for sure. Also, they have a wine bar which seems like a nice touch for a hotel of this caliber… but the wine bar only has three options for a glass pour of wine and the bottle list isn’t quite impressive. All around I still give 5 stars and it’s it truly a great experience. I hope in the future they refine their wine options and improve the menu items that were lacking. Cheers
