First time staying here for 3 nights. The staff are very friendly. Walkable distance to Seminyak beach and hotel provide shuttle to nearby area.
The minus point is the room without bathtub although the room space is big enough to have one.

Stayed there for my wedding anniversary, and the hotel arranged a special room setting and a cake for us. The service provided was superb. The service staff constantly checked with us if everything was up to expectation. Would stay there again.

This is a fabulous hotel, good location. The service was amazing. The staff are so helpful. We were unwell and Eka (Asst loyalty manager) at reception was exceptional. She was very considerate & organised some extra tea etc to help with our recovery. Can’t thank her enough.
The only feedback I would have is to reconsider the layout of the breakfast area. It was hard to move around the hot food stations when guests were gathered around/waiting amongst the seated guests.

The location, facilities and atmosphere were great. We enjoyed. But their support can be improved. We asked 3 times to change the refrigerator they changed after 2 time asking for broken one.
