Would have to be probably the best stay we have experienced in Bali. Relatively new hotel with modern amenities. We bought a LE package and were placed in a Studio Room. Sounds impressive but that is their basic room. Don't let that deter you. Room was very ample with about 45 squares. Enough for our 2 large suitcases not to be in our way. Huge cupboard space, including a safe deposit box. The most comfortable bed on our whole 1 month trip was the highlite at the end of our holiday. Walk in shower with a hand jet as well as a rain maker. Huge bath but us oldies didn't use because we couldn't get in or out. Our arrival was met at the reception and we were attended very promptly. Were shown to our room by one of the reception staff and given a full explanation of the amenities of our room. We weren't sure what to expect when we had to walk through the underground car and bike parking, but believe me it was worth it. From the first time onwards the reception staff always greeted us by name. This demonstrated how very professional and well trained the staff are. They are out to impress and they did. Our room had a small balcony but there was no view. It didn't really matter coz it was too hot to sit out there anyway. A great cloths drying area tho. Breakfasts were held in the slightly elevated off street level in the Coffee Club connected to the hotel, at the front of the premises. A good menu and we used that every day. Over all a fantastic memorable stay. That's all the good. I am certain with this fabulous review that I have provided that the hotel is going to want to provide us with a FREE upgrade to a 1 Bedroom suite when we book again next year. The only 1 small gripe that we didn't enjoy was the band that plays in the Coffee Club on Monday nights. There was a total of 7 people only at the time that we sat down, and the band was screaming out the songs at full volume. I really did feel that was over the top. We spoke to the staff and they placed us in a room upstairs that was slightly better sound wise, but I think the hotel needs to address this issue. That was very unpleasant to us oldies. It would have been different if the restaurant was full but it wasn't. It appears that every hotel on the front beach road tries to outdo each other by turning their volume to maximum. You have to realise this probably turns people away rather than bringing them in. I had a massive headache that night. Would I stay again.??? I wouldn't hesitate. How do I rate this hotel out of 10. ? It's a massive 9.49% See you again I am certain.
