"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, which was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Although the room was compact, it was comfortably suited for our group of four. The breakfast buffet was impressive, offering a diverse range of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel's convenient location next to a mall was a major plus. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

The hotel was good. Breakfast variation is good. They even have jamu during breakfast.
Spa also available in the hotel. Mall just next door. Convenient location.
Cleanliness, the room we had, floor has stain and some animal (as shown in pic) moving on the floor . The pillow cover also stained...maybe the room not been use for long time.
House keeping came quickly to clean the room and we stayed in the family suite 5 nights (2 more nights from intial plan).
Housekeeping is everyday.

Room is big and clean ,location is good and mall galeria bali car parking can go directly to hotel it’s very convenient.Will be back next time.

This hotel is in a prime location, directly connected to Galleria Mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. You can even use your hotel key card for direct access. The breakfast is excellent, offering a great variety to start your day. However, it can get a bit noisy at times. If convenience and a great breakfast are your priorities, this is a fantastic choice.

Overall, it's an ok stay. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall, so good for bad weather plans. The room makeup service on 3rd day was very late that we decided not to have room cleaning but asked for refill of drinking waters and tea bags. Our room was on the 3rd floor, which is the same level as the reception, so that makes access easy. However, the pool is right in front of the balcony, which can make it a little noisy.

Location Near most of the attractions like water bom, nevdan show, trans studio. Next to hotel got a mall for supermarket, f&n, retails, cinema.

The toilet is quite dirty when we check in, the choice of food for the breakfast is quite less and quite salty
