Everything was amazing bout this hotel . I took room with Pool at aye balcony it was superb nice .
Everything was nearby the area .
Breakfast not have many options but its nice .
Pool were small but its just nice for chilling .
Others than that staff all were really friendly. Thank You for practicing this . Keep it up

We've booked the whirlpool room, to be honest the room cleanliness is not that good, maybe is due to the moisture of the location. Their service is really top notch, good attitude good smiling and even offer us breakfast box when they know that we're going out in the morning and can't have breakfast. Still recommended!

Service from the staff was awesome.. Room is big.. Just the toilet has unpleasant smell.. Breakfast was great with nice view... Jazzuzi kinda dirty so we didn't use it... Hotel is inside a alley.. But there's is shutter till 9pm to bring u out to shopping mall..

Nice 4 star hotel with free buggy to nearby beach and Seminyak mall/sq. Buffet breakfast is good but aircon and bathroom is a bit of a disappointment.

Hotel has great views from the top. Beautiful rooftop swimming pool and gym. Rooms are quite big and clean. Breakfast has lots of choices. Location is bit away from the beach but they have shuttle for drop off only. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

The cleaning is bad, I don't know what they clean if at all. On the balcony I found a dead bird that's been there for a while, I asked them to clean it and they didn't, only after second time they did.
The service is great. Location is alright, although you need to walk to the main road for about 10 minutes if you don't want to use Taxi. Amenities are good. The room also has a mini bar. The breakfast is rich, you get to pick a lot of tasty food. Also they have evening events, so sometimes it's better to have dinner there and not in a restaurant
