We had a great time and were very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room was great, however the shower did not drain very well. We would definitely return.

Great food amazing staff perfect location restaurant open . just not accommodation at the moment thay are redoing all the rooms but once done it going to be the whole package . The menu is really family friendly and all the drinks are delicious .the price is spot on .

Sad ending to our trip! Lovely hotel and location, evening reception staff lovely, helpful. Then today Sunday, the receptionist was upset with us for asking if we could pay the restaurant bill, she was somewhat angry for asking such question, but we were only table there and nobody else was there. We went to settle bill and we were not offered the 5% discount to guests and we were each forced to pay the gratuity even though we said we didn’t want to … this is where you realise when people say about tourist scams in Prague … shame beautiful city
