Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean amenities. Good size room with high ceilings. Pool was amazing. Day spa facilities very professional. Good food.

The lobby is looking not bad but the rooms are not new. The window view on the grey wall. The restaurant is nice.The location is 15 minutes from airport . But I will not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is close to the airport. Friendly helpful staff, rooms clean and modern, beds are comfortable, shower had good pressure and hot water. Pool and restaurant area well maintained with nice garden, perfect to relax at after or before your flight. Even though close to the road and airport, the room is soundproof and pool area quiet.

Hotel is close to the airport (around a six minutes drive), has a pool, gym and good breakfast options. Ideal for early/late flights at DPS airport

1. If you’re looking something close to the airport, then Hilton is a perfect option.
2. The hotel itself is clean and nicely designed and decorated.
3. Spacious rooms, with all the amenities.
4. Breakfast is amazing. With a good variety and nice coffee.
5. The staff is professional and friendly.
Overall great experience. Definitely recommend. Especially, if you want to stay near the airport.
For discovering the island, or if you want to stay near the beach, is not suitable.

We had an amazing stay at Hilton Garden Inn! The location is excellent—so close to the airport—and checking in was a breeze. Nia, the receptionist, ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process when we arrived. Our room was ready, clean, and very welcoming.
The in-hotel dining was outstanding! The chef took special care to prepare pure vegetarian meals for us, which was truly appreciated.
The hotel offers convenient options for booking cars for traveling around Bali, as well as arranging tours. A big thank you to Wayan and his contact, Araj, for organizing our trips during our stay.
A special mention goes to Jane at the reception. She has such a kind and welcoming personality and patiently addressed all our queries with great understanding. She is truly an asset to the hotel, and her hospitality at the front desk made our experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Jane!
When we visit Bali next time, we will definitely stay at the Hilton Garden Inn again and look forward to meeting all these wonderful people once more.
