Incredible service. The staff very extremely attended and anticipated our needs and wants. The villa was big and clean. Loved the outdoor bathroom. The spa was fantastic!! I got the balinese message, scrub, and facial and it was very relaxing. The entire experience was very positive and exceeded our expectations!

The hotel surrounded by rice terraces,very calm atmosphere.
The villas have open air bathrooms but it’s clean and no insects 🕷️

酒店服務員的服務意識絕對沒得説，特別親切樂於助人。入住包含下午茶。位置有點偏，旁邊都是稻田，但有免費去烏布皇宮的幾趟班車。每天都有免費的客户體驗服務，穿巴釐衣服，舞蹈，稻田遊玩之類的。房間很乾凈漂亮，衞生間有一部分是露天的，有漂亮的綠植，早起能聽見鳥叫。酒店裡的spa也很不錯，當然價格比外面略貴。

這家酒店裡麪環境不錯，就是稍微有點偏，在農村裡麪，出來不太方便，不過定時有免費的班車去烏布市場，前台小姐姐們服務還是挺熱情的，晚上餐廳還有民族舞蹈欣賞，不過管理稍顯瑕疵，走的時候少了件浴袍，耽擱了不少時間，後來發現已經被清潔工整理時拿走了，帶着怪怪的感覺離開了。
