The room was a little damp, but the service staff were very friendly. The breakfast and Chinese food tasted good. The hotel's location is a bit remote, so it's suitable for a quiet vacation.

Our stay at Keramas Sacred River was amazing! The rooms and spaces are made of wood, which made everything feel very special. Our room was beautiful and had a good air conditioner and Wi-Fi. We enjoyed a spacious bathroom and a TV with Netflix. Even though we were near the jungle, we didn’t have problems with mosquitoes, which was a pleasant surprise. The pool was great for both kids and adults. The food was delicious too. There's a Hidden Restaurant inside the resort where you can have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. They also offer cool experiences like a floating breakfast and romantic dinner by the river. There are lots of activities at the hotel. You can try yoga and healing, wear a traditional Balinese costume, visit a black sand beach with awesome surfing waves, or explore the local community to see daily life and beautiful sights. It’s a real retreat, and the staff helps you choose what activities suit you best. We also took part in a ceremony and purification there. The hotel is part of the Sekah Ganesha Foundation, which focuses on having a positive impact on the environment and people. Since 80% of the building is made of wood, it’s an eco-friendly place, and they work hard to keep it sustainable. The staff are friendly and do their best to provide excellent service. Highly recommend this place for the best stay in Bali!

Hidden gem and so lovely. I booked this based on reviews and the desire to be somewhere totally peaceful and relaxing. My parents and I loved it. We had joglo rooms which were huge and comfortable. Loved the gorgeous pool. There aren't lots of rooms so never felt crowded. Food in the restaurant was delicious and we worked our way through the menu over 4 days. It's a bit isolated (which we liked) but longer walks were a little hard given the small road and traffic. You aren't near shops and we didnt have a car so stuck close to the property. Delightful staff and excellent massages in the spa. If you want a bit of peace and solitude this is the place. Just beware - if you have mobility issues many of the rooms are a shower over a big bath so check if this will cause you a problem. But really extraordinary value for money.

I stayed 2 x nights with my adult daughters in 2 x units. The rooms were so very clean, spacious with the most comfy beds. Excellent water pressure and hot water. Great aircon and good wifi. The pool was being maintained at the time which was the only negative. It was fixed the day we left. Customer service was excellent and we will definitely stay again. Would just check the pool is in action beforehand. Also the hotel is only nine minutes from Komune where we had a great time at the pool by the beach and this hotel was much better priced than Komune.

Best stay ever! The staff are so nice. There was also no difficulty communicating with them. The breakfast and coffee was delicious. We had our clothes washed and the price was good value. The massage was really professionally done. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep halfway. I’m already planning my next trip back. Until next time! ❤️

So many reasons why I absolutely loved our stay at Keramas Sacred River...and why I'll definitely go back! The staff are one of the friendliest and most professional I've encountered in my many travels. It helps a lot too that they can converse very well in English. They make you feel right at home. The facilities are well kept and help create an all-around atmosphere of total relaxation. The Balinese coffee in the restaurant, which comes from Keramas village itself, has such well balanced notes. It was a daily highlight! The breakfast is delicious and has plenty of variety for a week-long stay. The services are value for money. The spa treatment was topnotch, and so was the laundry!
