Just loved our stay at Abian Ayu which we booked directly with them. We had a room with our own small pool and garden area looking out over the rice fields. Breakfast in our room each day, nothing was too much trouble. Very relaxing and the staff were amazing, big thank you to them all. Piani made a lovely margherita. We have stayed in sideman several times now, before it was the Samanvaya but this time we thought we would try somewhere different which we were recommended and we were not disappointed. We will be back. Thank you everyone.

Fabulous setting in the rice terraces of Sidemen - the cicadas and frogs a wonderful evening chorus. Great customer service - thank you to Ita and colleagues. Very special sense of privacy and luxury. Our three hour trek through the terraces with Nyoman was a very memorable experience.

We stayed across the road at Nirarta meditation centre and came to Abiyan Ayu to swim in the pool and have lunch. The food here is incredible!! So much so we came back for dinner. The staff are wonderful, kind and funny. They helped me organise a silver class which was a great activity. I will definitely stay here next time in Sidemen.

I enjoyed Abian Ayu. It is a beautiful property on the hillside in Sideman. Most rooms face Mount Agung, so there are lovely morning views. There’s a beautiful infinity pool near the restaurant and a great massage spa (thank you girls). It’s a little steep and terraced down the hillside but this makes it charming and picturesque. Due to a mis understanding I ended up in a standard room for 2 nights which was just ok. The staff are super helpful and friendly although at times seem understaffed. The food is quite good (breakfast is lovely). There are other nearby restaurants and there are some scenic drives if you rent a scooter. It really is a beautiful quiet part of Bali that should not be missed. I think they should consider mattress protectors & new linens. The property is priced well for what it delivers although the standard room was very average and I had no hot water. Wifi is also hit & miss but probably more due to location. Lastly, housekeeping should not leave rooms to service until 4pm, no excuses! It’s too late.

Wonderful views of Mount Agung from this older type property with attention to room cleaning and friendly service making our stay well worth it. Infinity pool and restaurant overlooking the pool putting smiles on faces

magic view, magic staff who couldn't be more helpful. A beautiful part of Bali away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist strips. Will be back there again in 2023. There are heaps of short trips on bike or by car to enjoy the great scenery.

It was honestly average - the burger was super spicy and relatively cold, the sweet potato fries weren't bad. Service level OK nothing more. It’s a shame that the restaurant doesn’t live up to the hotel, which is great!

A place with a magnificent view. It's my favorite since I've been in Bali, I will certainly return without hesitation, everything was so perfect..
