Where do I start? Amazing location it feels so secluded and quiet yet still close enough to ubud town centre. No kids, so there was no noise. Felt so relaxed.
I understand why there’s two kayon resorts. They’re sister hotels. The kayon valley resort (where we stayed) is closer to the centre than the kayon jungle resort . Though kayon jungle resort is newer and bigger. In saying that. The kayon valley was amazing. I cannot fault it.
Amazing service, super attentive and quick. Did everything we asked for. Help us so much and always presented with a smile.

Outstanding location. Be careful with the slippery floors. I almost fell down twice going down the slopes. The hotel needs to do better job cleaning and overall maintenance. But if you can put up with that, it's an amazing place.

This place is wild and I absolutely loved it
The free morning yoga experience was the first time I felt so relaxed. We did yoga in the deep valleys of the Ubud mountains, listened to birds chirping and enjoyed a delicious after practice breakfast. Mahon is great value if you compare to any other resorts nearby and I definitely would come again. Location wise is perfect too!

This resort can absolutely bring me surprise ! I celebrated my birthday with my boyfriend in this resort. They prepared a cake and some decoration on our arrival. The pool flower decoration and floating breakfast are awesome.
Yet, the cleanness can be improved. I can find the hair ball on the floor when I just check-in . Also , you may expect some insect inside the room and bathroom even though we close the door.
One thing I can’t accept was no hot water supplied when I took the shower. It happened on 3rd day stay. We called the staff to fix and it took us at least 40mins to wait. We woke up early and wished to take a shower then sleep early.
The staffs are nice and friendly. You can feel so welcoming.

There are 4 jungle pool rooms on the lowest floor. The canyon view is particularly stunning and healing, and the square swimming pool has the best view.
The facilities are new and the bathroom is large and spacious. Because the living room is open, you will find animal excrement when you wake up the next day.
During your stay, the highest part of the hotel is under construction, and the adjacent guest rooms will be affected.
The hotel service is quite satisfactory. They will promote various activities, but all of them are charged except yoga.
After booking, I contacted the hotel from the email address on the Ctrip page, and never responded!
