I have been many countries and stayed many hotels . This is the worst ever experience. First aircons not working probbly . We had to change 4 rooms just to get proper aircon. Aircons is not cooling down . Temperature staying 26 degrees
. Breakfast same everyday . Not enough good options. Room service MInus 1 Star . They dont give towels . First 2 days 4 towels for 2 peoples and after 2 days hardly give 1 towel for 2 people. Be careful with mosquito's. Never recommend anyone staying . We stayed 7 days . Never change bed sheets . Towels are dirty bathrooms r smelly . Sewerage smells come from bathroom . It was tourchering staying there

Great location and nice hotel with a nice pool. The Waterbom park next door is a worthy entertainment. The beach is less than 5 minutes walk through a mall southside. Airport is less than a 10 min drive. We had a nice card and bed decoration for our family anniversary. Overall, recommend to anyone, couples or families, to stay.
