I went with my relatives to book a three-bedroom villa. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that the room type was not right. I would like to give special praise to Ctrip for solving the problem very quickly and effectively. The transportation in Bali is very bad. This hotel is not far from Kuta, but it takes 70 minutes to drive one way. There are small supermarkets around to buy drinks. If you go to the big supermarket 2.8 kilometers away to buy fruits, it will take 30 minutes to drive, unless you take a motorcycle. There are few restaurants around the hotel, so if you want to eat something good, you have to take a taxi for more than 30 minutes, which is very inconvenient for a large family. The advantages are that the room is large and the bathroom is spacious, and the breakfast is made by the staff in the kitchen. The disadvantage is that the location is not good, and the beaches that can be reached on foot cannot be entered. If a large family goes to Bali and wants to enjoy the simple life or the beach every day, it is recommended not to stay here. The pool and garden side make a loud noise and the circuit breaker keeps tripping.
The engineer came every day, repeatedly, but there was no improvement.
They said there was no safety issue, but I couldn't use the pool because I was worried.
I stayed 4 nights, but they told me to leave if it was uncomfortable.
I quickly found a nearby villa and moved with my family.
At 2:38 PM, they informed me that if I didn't leave by 3 PM, they wouldn't refund my money for one night. The whole family packed their bags in a hurry and came out as if they were being kicked out.
There was an ant hole, so ants moved in groups with food in the bathroom.
It was so gross that I couldn't use the shower on the wall. They really didn't clean the floor.
My feet turned black. There were times when there were staff members who didn't speak English, so communication was very difficult. The worst of the worst accommodations.
If you want to travel pleasantly, avoid this place.

Great experience, good facilities by the akadha seminyak. Me and my wife very happy with our stay. Would recommend this villa to my family and friends whenever they come to bali. Thanks again for your good services and hope to stay here again soon

Excellent villa . Very large and kept very clean. Beds are very comfortable . Two minutes walk from the beach with lots of eateries around.Perfect for a long stay with family. In room dining helps to keeps guests with basic very tasty dishes .

This place is a Con job. We stayed in the two bedroom appt upstairs. We were unable to get any sleep at all due to the road noise which never stops!!! we paid in advance for 3 nights and they refused to refund the balance. We couldn't face two more nights of no sleep and were forced to find alternative accommodation. We could not have been the first to complain about the noise and feel the reviews on this place are manipulated in someway to filter out the real reviews all we read was quiet and tranquil Luxury Villa. Buyer Beware on this one!!

We stayed here in the last few weeks and had a great time. Great location to the beach in Seminyak and getting to Canggu beach as well. Great staff at the hotel. Room service was great and the reception staff as well. Always on hand to help. We also used the hotel facility for our airport transfers as well.
