I really liked the hotel, on the ocean shore, beautiful infrastructure, excellent service, daily cleaning, friendly staff. We rented a studio room, the room itself is in retro style, I didn't like that the linen was old and washed out, it hadn't been changed in 10 days, the bed was also old. The sofa needs dry cleaning, it smells of sweat. Overall, everything is super, a quiet hotel for relaxation, but far from the center.

Come here as a family with children or as a couple for a calm, quiet, relaxing holiday. Hotel with magnificent views of the Bali Sea and the Pacific Ocean. The first line, admiration from the ebb and flow. Superb ocean views from anywhere in the hotel. The pool is great! Divided into three zones by depth. There is a bar-restaurant right next to the pool. It turns out to be a kind of Beach Club.
Our room had a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and utensils.
Nearby, outside the hotel, there is a “cafe” serving local cuisine. They don’t look very presentable (you have to understand that this is a village), but the food is delicious and not very expensive. There are also shops with everything you need.
And snorkeling... aerobatics... that's what we came here for...
We recommend visiting this area of Bali and this hotel!

The restaurant has expanded their menu to include a number of Indian and Chinese dishes. They still do the Traditional Balinese speciality, the Duck Tutu, but it requires 24-hours notice. Nothing better than having ia cocktail or two during happy holur whilst watching the intended sunset.

We ate at the restaurant and had a fantastic time. The food was great as was the service. The cocktails were excellent and during happy hour were 2 for 1! They also had an excellent band playing which made the night fun. Great sea breeze and views.

We have had a ball celebrating 60th birthdays. We booked a number of Villas and also the Penthouse (Villa Paulau Mimpi via Air BNB) The penthouse has a large area and a roof top area with spa!! This provided enough room for the entire group of party goers. The hotel has great live music twice a week. The Bali Palms is located close to the town and has a great selection of restaurants. Most will provide free pickup and drop off. Would recommend staying in a Villa close to the beach or book the marvellous three bedroom three bathroom Villa Pulau Mimpi (via Air BnB)

A great location because it is right on the seashore . There is no access for swimming in the ocean however. The breeze from the sea cools you down beautifully. The pool is large and deep. Beach lounges are comfy. The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The in house massages are fantastic. The rooms are clean and the linen and beds good quality and comfy. The resort is a bit run down however and showing signs of wear and tear . Very relaxing.

Further to the comment of mr Neil E Keep away from Bali palms I have lost over $4000 due to the total incompetence of the accounting staff not being able to find my maintenance payments on a timeshare I purchased even though I forwarded bank statements showing the payments And now I have discovered a close friend has lost $200 for a voucher which is still on their website. Only when the money was paid the voucher stipulated under 70 years of age. They are over 70. When they approached Dave Ralls (sales manager) he said they would get a refund and now he has reneged and said they will honour the. Voucher. After all the debarkle of course the last place they would go is Bali Palms And that goes for me too Warning do go there

The website has a "48 hour flash sale" on screen. This has been there for more than a month. You can purchase a voucher for $199 giving you seven nights accommodation and no conditions applying until you pay and receive your voucher. Those conditions may preclude a lot of people, including us, and when you try to get a refund they mostly don't reply but eventually did offer to honour the voucher in the end. The problem with this is that one of the conditions is to attend a presentation. Non-attendance has resulted in guests being charged a sizable sum on their credit card. I have enjoyed Bali Palms a number of times in the past but this dishonest practice leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be returning and have done my money cold.
