Do not book this accomodation! In September 2022 I booked this accomodation for two nights. As soon as I arrived there, I saw the bad conditions of the room and left immediately after arriving. Thanks to the great Air BnB support I got even my money back. Please read carefully: The room was in a desastrous hygienic condition. As soon as I entered the room, a strong smell of urine entered my nose. - The whole room and bathroom had not been cleaned. - On the floor I found several dead insects - the curtains had mold - The sink, toilet bowl, mirror and the floor of the bathroom were not clean. Big stains everywhere - In the bathroom the shower is open, without curtains and on the floor there is a drain which was completely full with hair and source of the bad smell. - The mosquito net of the bed and the walls were full of dead insects. The most interesting part was the communication with the host after leaving the accomodation. Obviously the accomodation is administrated by an office which seems to have problems in communicating with its staff. I explained the situation and FIVE (!) people answered me and nobody of them was able to contact the staff of the accomodation. The so called Case Manager, who is in charge of taking care of customer complaints offered 15% refund, which is completely funny! Thanks to the great Air BnB support, whom I reported the happening with pfotos as proofs I got my money back. The host did not apologize until today.
