From the moment we arrived I realised this place was a nightmare. 3 bedroom Villa not suited for children at all as all rooms are seperated in different sections so could not sleep as family . Very very old villa .My kids were actually scared to stay here .bathroom facilities all outside , mosquitoes are everywhere , aircon in one of the rooms turns off all the time , animal comes at night and poos everywhere in outdoor area . We had no television or internet for two days of our stay due to a storm, garden flooded and kids couldn’t access room upstairs .Staff just smile it off and don’t care . Breakfast is terrible . Very scary location entering to it or to the beach is very Isolated and scary walking at night . Worst place ever stayed in Bali and I have travelled to Bali over ten times .

Exclusive and atmospheric. Beautiful gardens surrounding villas, pool and restaurant. All very enchanting. The number one asset here is the staff. Professional and friendly. We only ate breakfast here and the muesli is delicious, Coffee hot and the juices fresh.

Small villa. Pics make it look big. Says has microwave, fan and dining area etc but it doesn’t. They did go and get us a pedestal fan. We came from the best villa at Bali Emerald Villa in Sanur and it doesn't even compare. Food orders always wrong. Soggy wet spinach put on toastie to have a sloppy mess. Green hair from pool. Staff were friendly. Over priced and bland food. Pool filter doesn't work, even after we cleaned it.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Aroma villas. The hotel is extremely well run by friendly staff and manager. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. The food was delicious and service was exceptional. The pools were lovely and the private villas were so relaxing. A pretty close walk to the beach. We had a great stay and would come back again. The villa really need some face lift and need need appliance. Eventho all still works, but supet all. The rusty fridge is really not supposed to be ther. The rusty stove..moldy wall. It has a great basic as a villa, good building but with better maintenance they even can have more competitive rate. The location is great, just walk a little bit to the beach from their secret pathway at the back.

Villa overall was good. Fresh towels and linen, always cleaned well. Taps on sink so hard to move due to lime scale. Too much chlorine in pools and not enough sun loungers. Green hair! Not enough staff in restaurant causing slow service. Great location but beach litter and pollution a problem. Burning of rubbish everywhere causing toxic fumes. Villa resort across the road is good for pool and loungers with swim up bar and food service. 50,000 IDR per lounger for the day, approx £2.50pp.

We stayed for 10 days, in two different villas. The villas are nice and private with your own pool and well eqquipd. The staff is very helpful at any time, and gives service with a smile a new dimension. We would recomend Bali Aroma to anyone who plans a relaxing stay i Seminyak area. Bjorn

Excellent location with access to the beach and to cafes. Large property of about 200sqm for most villas. With private pool (5ft deep) and kitchen, bar, refrigerator and microwave and hot cold water dispenser. Delicious breakfast as well. Polite and knowledgeable staff.
