Friendly staff especially at Reception (Pak Agus). We are happy as family stay that our room give the easier access. Modern room with good product and services.

The hotel is within 20 minutes's walk from the Kuta Beach, and is on a major road which is easy to locate. It can provide limited parking spaces at the frontage (common here)l. There is a Pharmacy and a small supermarket opposite to the hotel. Although my hotel room is relatively small, it has a safe and a fridge, which are good for longer stay.  It also has a large shower area. For reference, most budget hotels closer to the Kuta beach are within narrow village roads and cannot provide parking spaces for cars and bikes. Overall speaking, the hotel at this price level is good.

Is such a great location. But we can hear the noise from outside the room,which is a bit annoying. But overall is good.

First room was dark dingy and the aircon not working and tv unstable. Moved me to another room which was much more acceptable

It is a decent place to stay for the price paid. No complains during my period of stay.

Overall is okay, but the parking space is to small. 😊

Located away from the hustle and bustle of Kuta or Seminyak party scene but still only 15 minutea walking distance. And about 20 minutes walk to the beach. Good for short stay. No swimming pool. Service is average. Overall good value for money.

All okay, considering the price I’ve paid. But it’s rather a 2-star

Narrow parking area for motorcycle

We had a pleasant week-long stay at Neo. The staff were very friendly and were quick and convenient with customer service. The receptionist organized a well-priced motorbike, which allowed us to explore different beaches every day. Definitely a keeper for the books.
