An average accommodation, the room was clean and had enough things for a common demand. It’s pretty near to most tourist attractions in seam reap, but the price was slightly higher compared to the other hotel in this city.

100% different from what the picture is! The sofa chair is torn, the curtain is broke , air con is less cold so I ask them for additional fan. The staff is okay, the breakfast was simple.

It was a nice experience staying at the hotel. Though it was difficult to communicate with the crew as they hardly speak English.

The room is big, the facilities are complete, the staff has a good service attitude, it is worth staying, I will stay here next time

The room is larger, has a bathtub, basic utensils are available, transportation is convenient in the city, and there are many snack bars.

Good location and cheap price. The downside is that there are ants and cockroaches.

Since I made a reservation with breakfast included, when I checked the location and time of breakfast the next morning at check-in, the person at the reception was not articulate, and there were only a few groups of guests, so I replied that they would deliver it to the room. When I checked the next morning, I was asked to go to the top floor. There was a restaurant attached to it, but it was barely in use, and a ready-made meal was provided on the spot. As you can see from this, the service was not functioning very well, and there was a problem that when I called the reception, no one answered the phone, and even if they answered, they could not understand English at all. Location-wise, it's not too bad, 20 minutes by tuk-tuk to the airport.

The hotel is not bad. I think the price-performance ratio is good at this price. I asked for a better room type. My friends who stayed there also thought it was OK. I will consider staying there again if I come back in the future.

This hotel offers the best location in the center of the city. Located on the corner of the street. The top floor room that I stayed in was spacious and had a nice view. Every amenities are useful. There are many shops and restaurants nearby that made easy for access.

The location was good, and night receptionist was very helpful, but the morning loud of staff on 6th floor (maybe housekeeping staffs) the room facilities were simple and no drinking water for me last night. Should improve the cleanliness and double check for a better stay. Thanks

Location quite good, staff in the lobby very helpful, but absolutely not clean in the entire hotel, windows seemed not to have been washed for years, breakfast limited, only coffee, kitchen staff who took a child to work. Room simple, hard beds. We would also stay there for the second night, but luckily the tour guide had arranged a much better replacement hotel for us.
