The staffs there are very helpful. Superb location for Christmas market there. However, we tried to reserve a parking slot there but turns out fully parked in the hotel parking, we need to drive to city center carpark for 2 overnight parking, Price are very reasonable there tho, €24 for almost 70 hours.

In general, the experience is good. Not much service was needed during my stay. However, it will be lovely if the hotel can loan an electric power adaptor (German -＞ UK three-pin socket)

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Quick walk to the train station. Very quiet at night and bed very comfy. Cannot fault it for the price - would stay here again!

This hotel is next to operahaus station or plarrer station which is very good. 10min walk to hbf. It's Brand New hotel and a typical value stay at premier inn. Highly recommend. Remember to ask for room facing west so it's quiet.

Great hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the city center. The room has a kettle, coffee and tea. But I didn't have a safe. The hotel is very clean and beautiful. Excellent value for money and quality. However, the breakfast was disappointing, not worth the money, little choice, often had to wait for food to be brought back after it ran out. I recommend finding a cafe near the hotel and having breakfast there. But overall the breakfast is OK. After checking out, I left my suitcases in the storage room, and there was also the opportunity to use the toilet room. I would love to stay at the hotel again.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely do again. It only recently opened and so everything is spotless. Only downside is that the food onsite is very limited and due to understaffing when I visited, it took over an hour to get a pizza heated up. Good news is that it is very close to a supermarket so easy to stock up.

Very good this hotel very comfortable for trips and in good times

It is very close to the subway station, and it is convenient to go to various attractions in the old city. In fact, you can also walk there. With the general price increase of hotels in Europe, hotels in Germany can be considered very cost-effective. The room is very clean and relatively new. Although I was a little unhappy about the payment issue when I checked in, Ctrip contacted the hotel to confirm and refunded the money.

The room was clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is also good, across the road from the old city. There is underground parking along the back of the street. Breakfast is 13.5 Euros. The bathroom space is relatively small, but the water pressure is good. Come again next time.

The room is big and clean. Nice experience. The front desk staff were extremely nice and helped us a lot. Things that needed to be left for the guests before leaving were later handed over.

The location is excellent, the railway station, subway station, bus station, shopping in the old castle, supermarkets, restaurants, and small shops are all very convenient. The hotel facilities are also excellent, and there is a kettle. Highly recommend.
