Hi! I'd been staying for 6 days at this property. The room, cleanliness are absolutely fine. The quality of food is excellent. Very close to the ocean. Lot's of attractions on the beach. But just one thing I'd remark. As I was staying in the main building, in my opinion, soundproof could have been better..

A poorly managed hotel, I called at airport asking if they provide shuttle service, they answered yes and sent the car, without mentioning it is not free. When I got to?the hotel, I was charged 300,000IDR.

A lot of fun activities for kids! Amazing resort for families. Excellent service and super nice room! Just one area for improvement: the bed is too soft but it could be just our personal preference.

Breakfast was excellent but cost for dinners was too expensive compared to outside locations. We would have considered attending if cost was 50 to 75 percent more than outside eateries,but not 100 to 150 percent more
