The hotel is a short walk to the beach. Checking in is super easy, and the staff is lovely and very helpful. The room was cozy and clean. The hotel was close to lots of good restaurants and bars. Traffic is bad around the area but that’s definitely not the fault of the hotel. I will pay the Sun Hotel and Spa another visit next time I visit Kuta!

Very central location in Legian. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bathroom a bit dated and shower only big enough for one person but the room was quiet and the pool huge. Would def come back it was cheapest in Bali

A wonderful hotel in Kuta. Not the closest to the coastline but not far away from it. The staff was always really friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The windows of the rooms face the inner yard with a swimming pool so the sun never shines directly in them, which makes the rooms cool and not stuffy.
Due to high humidity level clothes don't get dry in the rooms (guess it's the same all over Bali) so we had to take our clothes to the laundry service a few times. Several laundries and money exchange points are in close vicinity, as well as some cafes.
Breakfasts at the hotel are almost always the same, so if you stay for more than a week, you can get bored with them.

Definitely not a resort. Hotel with a pool sums it up. No social atmosphere except for the smiles from the lovely staff.
Cleanest pool l have found in Bali.
Recommend for overnight stay, not a holiday.

1st day we got to hotel we had to ask to be moved because of smell of stale urine and dampness.
Hotel refused to give us air freshener.
Then when we moved to other room the roof was leaking and the air con was broke twice we reported it and still it wasn't fixed.
Keep well away from this place .
I want a refund on room
