A pleasant place to stay 👍

Extremely noisy, windows dont close properly. Mosque just beside. Other guests and staff very noisy in the corridors all day long. Room and bathroom filthy, linnen stained. Mosquitos and bed bugs. Absolutely not recommended.

Last minute booking this hotel after arrived at Banda Aceh on 22 Nov 2023. Price is reasonable. We received room number 333 and unfortunately the wifi connection was too bad. No connection inside room and we need to go down to lobby only able to get connected. Inform receiption and received reply nothing can be done. After dinner I did complain again to another receiption staff and he response very well by help us to change another room to 355 which is connection Wifi was extremely very good. Also help us to carry our luggage. He was so helpful and very good staff. Overall amenities was ok. Highly recommended for Muslim guest.

The hotel is very comfortable.. everything works well.. it's just that the pool water was dirty at that time. Maybe it hadn't been cleaned from the weekend baths.. but when we visited the pool it was already Monday afternoon.. especially the children's pool.. it was really dirty, lots of leaves & the water looked oily.. but from a distance it was clean because the floor was blue.. 😅

The check-in process took a long time, we only got a room at 9pm.

Good service Disappointed with the sandwich snack, but it's okay because it's free 🤣
