This place is strategically located. It is situated directly opposite Banff High School Transit where travelers can take Roam 8x to Lake Louise. Right outside, there are local buses you can take, example Roam 1 which takes you to Banff Gondola. The Inn also provides complimentary local Roam tickets. You will have to purchase Roam 8x express on your own. For drivers, they have complimentary parking too (depends on availability). We will return again because of its location. Staff service, room cleanliness, amenities are all good. Nothing to complain about.

Clean and comfortable bed. Customer service is kind and polite. Good location too.

Services are good as the front desk helps us to call and book when we are looking for local tour package. Banff local bus ticket is also provided that tourists can go to sulphur mountain and hot spring for free. Also, it’s near IGA grocery which means it’s easy to pick up some snacks and drinks as needed. However, the experience of staying on the bed is unforgettable that I got tons of static shock due to the bed sheet. Besides this, everything is good.

Good location! Only fife minutes walk to the center of the town.

Parking was a nightmare but the ladies at the front desk were quick to help as soon as we asked! The building felt a little bit like a maze but was beautiful nonetheless and the breakfast was pretty decent! We also had a lovely view from our balcony!

Nice place to stay

The room is a bit small, the facilities are a bit old, and the garage is actually quite small. I parked early for two days and then used the free bus voucher given by the front desk to go to the cable car, which was very convenient. It is at one end of the main street and it only takes about 15 minutes to walk to the other end, which is not bad.

Very convenient, there is a station at the door, a large supermarket next to it, and it is located in the center of the town. The front desk is friendly, the room is large and clean.

The service is in place and the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the town. There are buses to various attractions at the door. The room is relatively large. kettle. Coffee machine and pots and pans are available. highly recommended.

In the small town of Banff at the end of winter, there are fewer tourists and hotel prices have dropped. I chose this hotel. The location is very good and it has its own parking garage. The room size is also very good, and the surrounding restaurants and shopping are OK

The main location is in the small town of Banff DT. It's not easy to park, but the location is very good. If you want to go to nearby attractions, it's close.

The hotel room is pretty good ~ the price/performance ratio is pretty good👍 However, the hotel is quite old and there don’t seem to be many customers eating in the restaurant.
