"Great location, walkable to all the shops, in the town centre of Banff! The room was comfortable for a family of 4, the shower was decent. I like the spaciousness of the loft when you have so many luggages. The hot chocolate station in the evening is a nice touch. There is a famous farm & fire restaurant in the hotel which we didn’t get to try. The indoor parking is $5 CAD."

"Room was in excellent condition as was the bathroom.   Room was very large with a king bed, two large sitting chairs in front of a wood burning fireplace and a separate desk area.  Restaurant had interesting signs and was very good.  The Inn is a little far from Banff center to be able to walk there."

"The reception was in a different hotel. I think it was the Kanu Hotel, but you have to cross the street and walk about 200 meters. You can get there by car, but it's a bit confusing."
