I stayed here for 5 days and had a horrible experience. Despite paying ₹10,000 per day, the service and facilities were far below expectations. -The room was tiny, with no table to eat. The Room Service was terrible. -Food orders were delayed by over an hour and came incomplete. We had to call multiple times to get the full order. -When we requested cutlery, they sent paper plates and wooden spoons after 45 minutes, which was unacceptable. -Laundry was delayed despite constant follow-ups. My 4 white shirts were ruined with black stains. These shirt were brand new and now no longer wearable. -The bath towels were unavailable due to shortage. -During breakfast at the restaurant, the staff were laughing and talking loudly, creating an unprofessional environment. -At checkout, there was no one available to help with luggage, causing long delays. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this was by far the worst experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Restaurant food and Bar was very good. We requested early check-in and that was made possible. so thank you so much. Rooms/Bathrooms are spacious and in good condition. Overall it was good stay as the service was excellent and Staff was very friendly.

Very good room service, the breakfast was a complete meal. Had a very comfortable stay. Good ambience in time laundry service kept the room always clean. In Room dinning service is also one such punchual thing. Will for sure visit for next time

The hotel provides a very comfortable and good stay. The hotel staff is very polite and house keeping staff especially piyush attended our rooms very well. The hotel has nice breakfast options available with them do not miss that. Overall a good stay experience.

Amazingly good staff and housekeeping team. Shivsankaran from the house keeping team is an asset to the hotel as he always keep things very clean and in place. I am coming here for almost last 2 years and found this hotel really good classic with all luxury avail at the best price

Very good place. Nice service. We visit occasionally. Morning breakfast is nice and good variety. Clean surrounding. Cooperative and friendly staff. Have been visiting each time when in Bangaluru. Easy check in was possible. Very accomodative.

I had the pleasure of staying at Icon Premiere hotel, and I must commend the housekeeping staff, particularly “Pijush Kadirpu”, for their exceptional service. They were not only thorough and attentive but also incredibly kind and supportive throughout my stay. Their friendly nature made me feel truly welcome and comfortable. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality, and it made my stay all the more enjoyable. Thank you for going above and beyond! Also food in flavours of india is amazing, i liked milkshakes the most 😋.

I had a wonderful 14-day stay at Icon Premier. The service throughout my visit was exceptional, especially the room cleaning by Pijush Bhayya, who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. The room I was allotted had a cozy view that added to the overall charm of my stay. Every morning, I looked forward to the delicious and varied breakfast, which was a great start to my day. I highly recommend Icon Premier for its excellent service, warm hospitality, and attention to detail. This stay was truly memorable.
