We booked for 3 days 2 nights but we checked immediately after 1 hour and booked another hotel. Poor service & very small room for 3 persons. Wasted SGD300, just for safety for my family

The room is not bad and the location is a bit difficult to find as a taxi also doesn’t know how to find but it’s fine for us we can accept it. For the service staff is worse with the lady as a receptionist should not do that attitude and bad emotional to the guest even answer not that polite but the one service staff (guy) is kind and the attitude make us feel okay back.

Everything is very nice except that there is a parking lot outside the window. Next to it is the Pratunam Night Market, very close to the city center👍

room close to the shopping area pratunam market and plattinum mall also have many street food but very busy alley. hotel end of soi behind noodle shop. room clean and our room not a reception building feel like private zone. Totally good place
