Perfect location - right in the city centre with BTS station in front of the hotel. The room is clean and spacious. 7-11 on the ground floor which was convenient.

Nice stay at a convenient location. Friendly staff, rooftop pool had nice views. Bed was slightly uncomfortable and irritated my skin, ended up sleeping on daybed by the window :(

Our stay at Mercure Siam was overall pleasant, thanks to its excellent location —perfect for exploring the city’s main attractions. The spacious room was a highlight, offering plenty of space to unwind. While the amenities were basic, they covered essentials. Its a “renovation” at the lobby area which made the area slightly messy and noisy, but it didn’t majorly disrupt our stay.

Room view was city view, everything was good. The staff is friendly and greets you. Will return to stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay there. Location was great, very near national stadium bts station (the stairs to the station is right in-front maybe about 1-2 mins walk away). Ibis hotel siam is right to it, with 7 eleven on the first floor. MBK also walking distance (maybe about 5 mins walk). On my first night though, saw a lizard in the room. Caught it and gave it to the counter cause I was not sure where to dispose it. One of the staff was scared too but the female manager that day took over steadily and asked for my room number. She apologised and I just went along with the rest of my day. I thought that was it. But the next day, in the evening, I was surprised by a fruit platter left in my room with an apology card written. Amazing team! By the way, there are 2 lifts you need to take to get to your room. First one to the lobby and then second one to the room. I enjoyed my stay there! The staff were friendly, and one of them even went out of his way to change my money to smaller change for me (from level 1 all the way up to level 9 and back to level 1 👏🏼👏🏼). Truly amazed by their service there!! Thank you once again!!

Requested for baby cot in the room but hotel did not provide despite reminders. Room size is small for the price you are paying

Very Good view. Convenient to go to Siam Paragon and MBK Center

Good location especially for people looking to shop. It is adjacent to MBK and walking distance to the other malls in the Siam area. Next to the National Stadium Sky train station so it is also accessible to other areas. Also near some eating places along the streets

1st time staying @ siam area because i need to be near BACC for work and wow is this a really convenient spot! Best is the 7-11 shared with IBIS hotel. Only thing is that u'd need to take 2 lifts to get to your room. but u never had to wait long. Staff is great, rooftop pool is lovely, and we had a really good stay. the day evening bartender @ lobby is super nice guy. sorry didn't get his name. Location is FABULOUS walking distance to the main spots like siam paragon and mbk including Banthat thong. Lift to bts was spoilt on the day we were leaving but we managed to take our luggage up the escalator. highly recommended.

The customer service is very bad. I can’t access the lift or room by using card easily. When calling for assistance from counter, response were very slow and very bad.
