Tori Prestige Bangkok Hotel Reviews

We got to the hotel to find out they didn't have a room for us to stay in, and transferred us to a cheaper hotel called the prestige crown. This room was not suitable for humanity. There was no shower as it was completely broken, the electricity did not work and it was far from the "superior room" we had booked. It had no food facilities. Pictures shows what I would rate as inhabitable 1 star. It wasn't even clean.

I wouldn’t ever stay here again I wouldn’t even recommend this to any one we’re do I begin this is not like hotel it’s more like hostel very very very dirty infested with cockroaches at one point I had to ask staff to come and remove about 5 cockroaches from my room the area is very dirty full of rubbish and rats …… the night staff is very lazy when we arrived we was told we could check in early this was lie so we had to check in to other hotel he wasn’t helpful at all most nights when we arrived back he wasn’t fast sleep so couldn’t even open the door to let us in as he was fast a sleep and then on check out we asked for deposit back and the night staff checked the room and said we couldn’t have the 1000bth back as the was stain on a towel …… this stain was all ready there so I am rating this hotel 0 stars 1/10 cleaness 3/10 for location 0/10 for night staff (he should be sacked ) Shower / room 3/10 Over all don’t stay here

The bed sheet isn’t clean, towel quite old, all rooms are closed to elevator which really noisy that hard to sleep and room door also too loud while closing. The toiletries isn’t enough.

The hotel was not bad at all — I stayed here after the earthquake and everything was fine. The staff was very responsive and helpful, which made me feel safe and comfortable during a stressful time. Overall, a decent place with good service.

No Amenities. Location: stated very near to the train station but you need to pull your luggage and walk a 10 minutes rocky walk. Spoil my luggage wheel. Transfer: stated free transfer to the train station, night front desk(young man) informed and arrange for a 3.30pm buggy service, morning front desk (lady) told us that the buggy service need to pay as the person who know how to drive the buggy is not available. After a while when we disputed that online stated free service, they arranged another housekeeper to drive us there. However, the housekeeper told us that he don’t know the route to the station and dropped us 10 minutes away from the rocky walk. Poor service. Not recommended. There’s better hotel nearby.

Good stay at Tori Hotel for 2 days stay becausr the room is bug enough than other budget hotel around pratunam market

It was not bad just a little small for three person in a room but the location is good for shopper

There are a lot of cockroaches. The receptionist not helpful especially the guy with long hair and the lady. The room too small and hard to find tuktuk. We have a lot of luggages and the receptionist didn’t help to drop us off and don’t even for help to find tuktuk for us.

No bell boy. Inside small alley. Van cant go to lobby. No have lift.

Nice reception

Good service, clean, 24/7 front desk, friendly staff, near pratunam market but not noisy because at the corner, near 7-11, have massage service in the hotel so convenient and good price. I have 4 nights with good experience there.

It was pleasant expreience stay here. The staff were so nice and the room are okay, actually we were there for several nights and booked 2 rooms. The hotel near pratunam market and you could find food nearest easly. Recommended for complete your trip.
