Stayed here for a business trip, and overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel is in a prime location with convenient transportation, which saved me a lot of time and effort for meetings and getting around. The room facilities were comprehensive, new, and ran smoothly, and the cleanliness was meticulous. The service was professional and efficient; check-in was quick, and any requests were handled promptly. The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection and tasted good, perfect for business travelers needing a quick and satisfying meal. Both the hardware facilities and the human-centric service were top-notch. It's definitely my first choice for business travel and worth coming back to.

My friends and I made a last-minute decision to visit Ximna for the weekend with our two families, and we booked the Fairfield by Marriott on Trip.com. We were absolutely delighted! First off, the front desk staff was incredibly professional. They arranged our three rooms on the same floor, right next to each other, and even gave us a free room upgrade along with some complimentary welcome snacks. The rooms were spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and soundproofing. The facilities were brand new, and the cleaning was top-notch – everything was spotless. The laundry room on the ground floor was super convenient for both washing and drying; the kids' dirty clothes from a full day of play were fresh and clean again within an hour. Breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, so there was no need to rush in the morning. The lobby on the first floor offered free coffee and even lemon-mint water, which the kids loved. They also gave us complimentary bottled water when we checked out. All in all, both the adults and children were very happy. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Xiong'an.
