CCharlieLwuIt’s the first time I came to Zhuozheng International Hotel. The hotel called in the morning and confirmed the pick-up time with the hotel. This is really convenient. Normally, if you take a taxi by yourself, you can’t find the driver and get lost easily, but the hotel driver Wang The master is waiting from the exit, which is really convenient and skilled in driving. Other service staff in the hotel are also very professional, it is a very good five-star hotel

The room was fully equipped with a washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, and iron. Food delivery robots even came upstairs! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful. GGuest UserDuring the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked. Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room. Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy. Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap. Service: Very satisfied! Because it was the off-season, the owner upgraded us to a lake view room. The terrace faces Yishui Lake, and there is an infinity pool in summer. The view is great. The homestay has a billiard room, a table tennis room, a KTV, a naughty castle for children to play, etc., and a dopamine courtyard, which is perfect for a family weekend vacation. The boss was also very nice. We wanted to buy some mineral water but he gave us a lot instead. It was a very satisfying vacation. It was quiet, not crowded, and the stray cats around were quite friendly. It is a Feng Shui treasure land with simple folk customs. Summer will come again.

The front desk staff are friendly and always answer questions with a smile. Seeing that we came from afar, they also upgraded our room considerately, especially before we left the hotel, they also gave us a small gift-mineral water. In the hot summer, it is nothing more than the best arrangement. The hotel lobby also provides guests with alcohol wipes, dental floss, iodine sticks, masks, clips and other daily necessities. There are also various teas, snacks, and candies for guests to taste while sitting. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. Both the inside of the room and the surroundings of the hotel are very clean. Facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very considerate. But in the hot weather, the lobby still insists on waiting until after May Day to turn on the air conditioner, which is really unsatisfactory. So many guests who have just checked out or are checking in are being scorched in the lobby. The hotel should adjust the air conditioning time according to the weather. Moreover, the hotel staff are even more tired. They also need to wear uniforms to provide warm service in a hot environment. Zhili Governor-General's Office is 1.8 kilometre from the hotel .a short walk to many food and shopping canter .staffs are extremely helpful and friendly .their manager provided many travel information for us.we did approach them later at night when it is less busy for the staff,They were always patient.by the way,the room is clean and the breakfast is good ,If you're not used to Chinese food,you can choose the bread ,jam ,butter,fruit ,coffee ,egg and some cold dish.you can taste HUNDUN, like Chinese dumplings. What makes me uncomfortable is that their carpets are a bit worn out,Overall the hotel is very nice and good value.
