I heard that several new buildings have been constructed behind the hotel, making it even larger. GGuest UserIt's perfect for families with elderly members and children; it feels like home. The owners are very welcoming, and the wife is incredibly gentle and has an artistic flair. The courtyard is beautifully maintained, exuding a charming, artistic atmosphere. In the evenings, spring water boils around a bonfire, and everyone gathers around, sipping tea brewed by the owners and chatting contentedly. The children play hide-and-seek, swing on the swings, and watch the turtles and koi swimming in the pond. The kids especially love the incredibly good-natured Labrador Retriever; you can pet it freely without it getting angry. The rooms are also very clean, and they thoughtfully provide disposable toilet seat covers. We plan to go back in the fall.

The location of the hotel is very conspicuous and easy to find. The service attitude at the front desk is very good, and the room attendants also help with washing and drying clothes. All facilities required in a guest room are available, and the area is relatively large and spacious. Takeaways can also be delivered directly to the room using a robot. The hot water shower and air conditioning are also very good, and the sound insulation effect is also good. It is recommended.

GGuest UserDuring the Spring Festival, I chose this hotel to visit Zhangzhou. I stayed for a day. From the details to the whole, I was surprised to be the first choice for a proper accommodation in Zhangzhou. It is worth sharing this comfortable experience in detail. The moment the hotel was newly renovated in 23 years and entered the room, it was bright, the space was spacious and transparent, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, and there was no smell. The mattress is imported very comfortable, and the bedding is very clean and elegant. The hot water system and bathroom are very fine, and the service hotel is a plus. The front desk lady was enthusiastic and quick. When I turned on the air conditioner in advance, I not only was efficient and fast, but also took the initiative to send the check-in guide and local play guide. This hotel also adheres to the concept of a warm family relationship on the water bank. The deposit-free and room-free service is particularly good, saving a lot of cumbersomeness. In short, very satisfied.

Uuljjatxa121I stayed for two nights during the Qingming Festival, and the service was excellent. After booking, a butler contacted me to register my car plate number and other details. The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to a mall with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. It's also just a few kilometers' drive from Xiong'an Xinma Forest Park. Let's talk about the facilities first: I went with my child, and there's a playground in B1. They even added an extra 'naughty castle' during the holiday, which my child absolutely loved. The children's play area is quite small, really only suitable for one to two-year-olds to play in briefly. The two building block tables had a limited number of toys, so I'd suggest adding more. There are also some electronic entertainment facilities that require tokens to play. There are two heated children's pools, but they are a bit small. I wouldn't recommend going if it's crowded, as it would be like 'dumplings in a pot.' Next, breakfast: if you go around 9 AM, you'll have to queue for about 15 minutes, but they opened two restaurants, so the efficiency was still decent. I only had breakfast at the Chinese restaurant. The variety wasn't extensive, and the taste was average, but it was sufficient. Finally, the rooms: we stayed on the 8th floor and booked two rooms. One of them still had a bit of a new renovation smell. After I mentioned it to the butler, they promptly brought an air purifier and even a fruit plate as an apology. Anyway, the service was quite reassuring. I'll definitely stay here again when the weather gets warmer.

As soon as I entered the lobby, I felt warm and comfortable, the decoration was simple and atmospheric, the environment was clean and tidy, the staff was warm and courteous, the check-in was fast and smooth, and there was no extra waiting throughout the process. The room is spacious, the lighting is sufficient, the bedding is soft and clean, the mattress is very comfortable, and the rest is particularly good at night. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the toiletries are complete, and the details are very careful. The hotel's hygiene is in place, the corners are clean and comfortable, making people feel at ease. The location is excellent, the travel is convenient, and the surrounding dining and shopping are very convenient. The front desk service responds promptly, any needs can be solved quickly, and the service is intimate and professional. Whether it is the environment, health or service, it is far beyond expectations, the price is very high, it is highly recommended to stay, and I will choose here next time. The hotel is very clean overall, with a slight decoration smell. The service is also quite good. The location is very good, just across the wall from the Jingui Wharf. However, the surrounding environment is a bit messy and the scenic area is not planned. The room was very clean, but the decoration level and quality were not very good. The water in the newly renovated shower room could actually flow into the dry area. Breakfast and dinner were also too simple. Overall, the accommodation conditions are at most 500-600 level, which is not worth the current price. If you go there now, you will just go for the new facilities.

GGuest UserThis hotel was exceptional - the room was very clean, modern, and bright. The breakfast was also very extensive in selection - I'm a vegetarian and I had no problem finding things to eat. What stood out the most, though, was the service. From the concierge and dining / room service staff, to the housekeeping team, everyone was incredibly sweet, smiled a lot and went out of their way to be helpful. It's the best service I've received in a hotel anywhere in the world. Thank you to Able and Mark, and all of the other staff whose names I didn't manage to catch!

The hotel is located in Baoding High-tech Zone, with a quiet surrounding environment, beautiful greenery, and a bright and transparent lobby. Service: The service is excellent. The front desk staff are friendly and always answer questions with a smile. Seeing that we came from afar, they also upgraded our room considerately, especially before we left the hotel, they also gave us a small gift-mineral water. In the hot summer, it is nothing more than the best arrangement. The hotel lobby also provides guests with alcohol wipes, dental floss, iodine sticks, masks, clips and other daily necessities. There are also various teas, snacks, and candies for guests to taste while sitting. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. Both the inside of the room and the surroundings of the hotel are very clean. Facilities: The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, which is very considerate. But in the hot weather, the lobby still insists on waiting until after May Day to turn on the air conditioner, which is really unsatisfactory. So many guests who have just checked out or are checking in are being scorched in the lobby. The hotel should adjust the air conditioning time according to the weather. Moreover, the hotel staff are even more tired. They also need to wear uniforms to provide warm service in a hot environment. I hope the hotel can improve and truly consider the guests and hotel staff.
