Couples and friends traveled by car, and I chose this one after reading the evaluation. Sanitation facilities service is very good. We arrived at night, we arrived at the high speed, the parking lot was large, the room was upgraded for free, the card was inserted in advance to turn on the air conditioner, let us feel very cool as soon as we enter the door, like going home, laundry and drying clothes are very convenient. Five stars is a must! The service was incredibly warm and welcoming. This new branch is conveniently located in the heart of Zhuozhou New City in Hexi, right next to a large shopping mall. The newly renovated environment is bright and airy, and the room layout is well-designed, especially the south-facing rooms, which are quiet and away from the road. The sun shines in, making the rooms warm and inviting. The only downsides are that the cleanliness could be a bit more thorough; there were still some food scraps in some nooks and crannies. The breakfast selection was also a bit limited, and a coffee machine would have been a welcome addition.

The front desk lady was professional and enthusiastic. The hotel was easy to find and not far from several attractions. There's a slow charging station at the entrance. The Octonauts-themed family room was clean and quiet, a really great experience.

Amazing value, wonderful staff, and spotless rooms I had a fantastic stay at the Vienna Hotel Baigou. As soon as I checked in, they kindly upgraded my room to one with windows — completely complimentary. That was such a pleasant surprise. For the price I paid, I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. What really stood out was the staff. Despite the language barrier, they went out of their way to help me with a smile — truly courteous, helpful, and wonderful. Every team member I interacted with was a joy. Breakfast was lovely, with a live DIY omelette option for guests, which I really appreciated. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so pleasant!

The Xiong'an Luyating Hotel (Rongcheng Aowei Road Branch, Xiong'an New Area) is fully equipped, and the robot food delivery is adorable! The hotel is clean and tidy, and the service is warm, attentive, and thoughtful! The front desk even provides fruit, tea, and bottled water! The hotel is conveniently located opposite the county government, and right next to Huiyou Shopping Plaza, making dining and shopping incredibly easy! Parking is available in both the front and back yards, which was fantastic for us driving! The hotel breakfast was especially delicious, with a wide variety of hot and cold dishes, eggs, sausages, porridge, milk, and more – it was wonderful! 😄 I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Xiong'an!

The staff here are really friendly and accommodating; they've always met my requests. Plus, there's a cinema right next door. I've stayed here multiple times and I'm always very satisfied. It's also right by a commercial area with lots of restaurants, which is a huge plus.
