"The hotel staffs are very helpful and professional. The most pity thing is a breakfast. When I visited the restaurant, there were so many people there. So, retuned to the room, and revisited the restaurant after 9:00. What I was so surprised is that many restaurant staffs are trying to prepare to close the restaurant after 9:30 even though there are still many guests in the restaurant. Many of the foods are already run out or cleaned out of the restaurant. It was really uncomfortable even though they mentioned that the restaurant is available until 10:00. I had to eat breakfast so in a hurry to help them clean up the restaurant. I hope they start the process of closing the restaurant after all the guests have left the restaurant."

Before I even made a request, she had already thoughtfully considered everything, from a morning greeting to weather-based travel suggestions – all of which made me feel incredibly at ease and warm. She always resolved issues with a proactive attitude, her genuine smile and efficient actions ensuring a high-quality and reassuring experience in every detail of my stay. Huanhuan truly defined exceptional butler service and left an unforgettable impression of this hotel. Highly recommended!

Hygienic: The atmosphere of the room is simple, the bathroom and sink are very clean, the public area can also see that there are always service staff cleaning, bathing utensils are all available.
Environment: The homestay is next to the Golden Turtle Wharf, which is very convenient for visiting Yishui Lake, and you can also climb the observation deck in the homestay to see the lake view.
Service: The staff is very caring, because I want to grill my own skewers, call in advance to help prepare the charcoal fire, dinner and breakfast are eaten at the homestay, the taste is very good, the aunt's handmade milk steamed buns are too fragrant, breakfast is also delivered to the room, the service can be said to be responsive, It is intimate and polite, and makes people feel comfortable.
Because it was a staggered peak trip before Qingming, there were not many people overall, so it was very relaxing. Unfortunately, it just caught up with the strong wind. Yishui Lake was temporarily closed for a day and could not make a trip. Overall, I look forward to the next trip to Yishui Lake.

EEloisa39I specifically booked the Sofitel Xiong'an this time, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Since I was traveling with a child, I booked the 'Octonauts' themed room. The room was decorated with a playful, warm, and cute design, and my little one had an absolute blast. The room was clean and tidy, and most importantly, safety was a top priority with no sharp corners, so I didn't have to worry about bumps or scrapes. The bathroom was equipped with a step stool for the sink and a child's toilet seat – truly the ultimate for traveling with kids!
The hotel's public areas were also clean and tidy, especially the swimming pool area on the 4th floor, which featured a constant-temperature children's pool with excellent water quality and no pungent chemical filter smell. We felt very safe and played for a long time. The restaurant was also very convenient, with a wide variety of breakfast options that tasted great.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were attentive and thoughtful, proactively asking about our needs and being patient and meticulous. The service was very satisfying.
One minor point: you might want to bring light clothing indoors as the room temperature was a bit high, and the windows seemed to be sealed. It would have been perfect if there was ventilation.

AAliceluluqiOur May Day trip with the little one was made so much better by Cheney from guest relations, who proactively added us on WeChat and provided excellent, thoughtful service. The hotel's facilities and environment are truly superb. We arrived at noon and didn't even leave the property. After my child woke up, we strolled around the grounds in the afternoon, then played for a bit at the Swan Castle Kids' Club. Dinner was at the buffet restaurant. Since this was our second time bringing the kids to Xiong'an, we knew that dining options can be limited and often involve long waits, so eating directly at the hotel was incredibly convenient this time.
There are a couple of areas that could be improved, though: Firstly, the park doesn't separate pedestrians and vehicles, which is something to watch out for if you have young children, as cars generally drive quite fast. Secondly, the breakfast restaurant was set up in a large ballroom, which wasn't a great experience. I'm not sure if this was a temporary arrangement due to the high volume of guests during May Day, but it felt a bit out of place, almost like a company conference.

GGuest UserThe room layout is reasonable, and the bathroom and sleeping are completely separated. Floor-to-ceiling windows, the view is very comfortable. The parking lot is large and you can park wherever you like. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and a lot of choices. The front desk service is excellent, such as Spring Breeze Buddha Noodles. They proactively provided two room cards, which gave us great convenience. It was almost perfect, but there is still a little regret, that is, the floor drain in the bathroom is not smooth, so I can only deduct one point.

The hot springs were clean and hygienic, except for the fluff of catkins floating on the outdoor hot springs. Because it was too dry, I had a nosebleed and accidentally soiled the sheets and duvet covers. The hotel was very considerate and provided a humidifier on the day, as well as a lot of drinking water. The hotel's breakfast was rich, with sufficient dishes, high-quality ingredients, and a balanced mix of meat and vegetables. It’s worth it👍The hotel’s swimming pool is very clean. If you go swimming at night, the facilities are very good. The most important thing is the hotel staff. Whether it is the front desk or the waiters, they always have warm smiles and greetings whenever they meet, making people feel at home. The layout of the room is reasonable, and the bedding is comfortable and skin-friendly. For me, who is a germophobe, every corner is cleaned, which is really great. A big thumbs up to the Meiquan team👍
