highly recommend this hotel, convenient to central train station, walk to main shopping street for 15 mins. the room is very stylish, a bicycle is placed inside the room, maybe u can ride with it. I didn't use it as we drove. the mini bar is free of charge and can refill when necessary. Room cleaning is upon requested. Just a little bit noisy in the morning as it is located near the train station, but I can sleep without problem. There are around 20 carpark spaces in front of the hotel. it's very convenient for driving but space is limited, you can get the parking space for luck. and you can walk for 10 mins for another carpark if necessary. it's my first time in Zurich and I'm glad to stay here.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at 25hours Hotel Zürich West. From the moment I arrived, the experience was warm and welcoming — the staff were not only professional but genuinely friendly, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. I especially appreciated the roomy interiors, which offered more space than most urban hotels — a real luxury in Zurich. The layout felt both functional and relaxing, making it easy to settle in whether you’re in town for work or leisure. The hotel also fits perfectly into the creative energy of the Zürich West district, with a modern vibe that feels authentic rather than over-designed. Highly recommended for travelers looking for something with personality, comfort, and consistently great service.

The facilities are pretty new overall, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver! I was so touched when I walked into the room and found it already on. They provide a combined shampoo/body wash and soap, but you'll need to bring all other disposable toiletries yourself, which is quite normal for Switzerland. However, the wooden hangers surprisingly bled color onto my clothes, and I couldn't wash it off... I also found the bathroom's lack of a door inexplicable, as it's very easy to get the floor wet. Cleanliness: Very good, clean and tidy. Environment: The neighborhood is very quiet, and there's a tram stop right outside that makes getting to the train station very convenient. Service: The staff member was very enthusiastic. Overall, I'm satisfied.

Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

The hotel is new and everything is clean. The staff is friendly and professional this is definitely a positive aspect. However, the overall experience does not reflect a true 4-star standard. It feels more like an ibis Styles concept that somehow received a 4-star certification. The room was clean and new, but rather small with this standard and price. Even a phone to contact reception was missing, which is surprising for a 4-star property. Overall: good intentions and friendly staff, but the facilities and attention to detail do not match the category. And its luck of possibility to control air-condition

Had a great stay at Ruby Mimi Hotel Zurich. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made the stay really comfortable. Everything felt fresh and nicely organized, from the room to the common areas. It’s also very convenient — the location makes it easy to get around, whether you’re exploring the city or heading to nearby attractions. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable stay, perfect for a short trip!

My first visit to Switzerland on my honeymoon was Zurich! I felt good as soon as I arrived in Zurich and I was satisfied because the accommodation was clean. It's not as far from the station as I thought:-) There's nothing you can't find around here and you can walk around Zurich. It's great to see the night view and go home.

Service: This is where the hotel truly shines. All the staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and thoughtful. They provided detailed explanations and actively offered assistance. I especially appreciated encountering two Chinese-speaking staff members who not only wished me a Happy New Year but also engaged with me in Chinese, making me feel right at home. Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the main train station and all the attractions in the Old Town, all within walking distance. The hotel design is appealing, and the little calf statue at the entrance is adorable. Facilities: The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. However, the pillows weren't very comfortable and might not be ideal for people with neck problems. Cleanliness: Generally good, but the details left something to be desired. There was a faint, persistent odor from the refrigerator in the room, even though it was empty, suggesting that ventilation needs improvement. Also, one of the towels had noticeable orange-red stains.

I absolutely do not recommend staying in the east wing. To get there, you have to walk through quite a long tunnel from the main building. The rooms are very small, and the bathroom is super cramped too (if you open the door, you have to close it again to use the toilet because there's no space). The room isn't even big enough for two people to sit down and eat takeout. Furthermore, something I found quite uncomfortable is that the room doesn't have windows that open. I like fresh air, and that makes the atmosphere feel stuffy and dry. When I booked, I didn't check the room type carefully and didn't expect to encounter so many inconveniences. Before checking in, reception told me I could pay extra to switch to a better room, and that there were many large rooms available in the main building that night. (At hotels like InterContinental or Marriott, in situations like this, I usually get a free upgrade). If there are so many rooms available, I don't understand why they don't let you try one without charge. (I'm just giving my opinion; I know the hotel isn't obligated to do so).

Hotel is a 10 min walk from the bus station which connects to the train from the airport. The same bus station that takes to the central train station. It costs about 12CHF to 18CHF to or from train station. Hotel provides free rental bicycles which is very convenient. Facilities are OK. Room size is reasonable. Be aware that the uncovered glass of the shower may not suitable for all if privacy is important. The room we stayed were extremely hot. While it is only 14°-18° outside, the room temperature is definitely 30°+. It made hard to wear the proper clothing to fit the temperature for the day. No aircon, the only way to cool the room down is to open the side window which leaves no wall from the room to outside of the building. Yes, the only barrier are a couple of metal bars between the desk against the window to outside the building from our ninth floor room. Plus the window can closed by itself, you need to reopen it multiple times if you want the cooler air for a little longer. It’s hard for a hot night sleep. Breakfast is good and has good variety of the food and drinks. It costs 24CHF p.p. if it is pre-ordered. If stays in the same room, no, it is not recommended to stay here. It may have other rooms that are not as hot as the one we stayed.
