Full marks across the board! It truly lives up to its reputation as the most luxurious and sophisticated boutique hotel (not a guesthouse) on what's known as the last pure land on Earth, Daocheng Yading. This is a full-service small boutique hotel. The chef is top-notch, the amenities are excellent, and the service is superb. The airport transfer (2200 CNY) vehicles are in pristine condition, and our driver, the handsome Mr. Dao Deng, had a fantastic personality and communication skills; the kids absolutely loved him and had an unforgettable experience. The hotel's location is incredibly private, tucked away below Station 5 on the transportation line from Yading Village to the scenic area entrance. It feels completely secluded, allowing you to immerse yourself in an estate lifestyle at the foot of the magnificent Xiannairi snow-capped mountain.

【Service】I have to commend the front desk staff! The service was incredibly thoughtful. They proactively added me on WeChat to confirm my arrival time, and had warm Rhodiola tea ready as soon as I walked in. Any messages sent via WeChat were answered promptly! We were suffering from altitude sickness and a bit of a cold after coming down from the mountain, and they even prepared ginger tea for us. So considerate! 【Hardware & Hygiene】The room was quite spacious, clean, and hygienic. They even provided disposable bath towels and hand towels. The room was equipped with smart appliances, with Xiao Ai (an AI assistant) controlling the lights. The hotel also has an underground parking lot, which was incredibly convenient on a rainy day.

This hotel truly excels in all four aspects: location, amenities, views, and service. 1. **Location**: Situated at Yading Village Station 3, it's perfect for those planning a two-day trip. You won't have to endure the 40-minute one-way shuttle ride back and forth. The hotel is only a 12-minute drive from the shuttle bus terminal and is right at the entrance of Station 3. You don't need to walk an extra step. You can even wait for the shuttle while taking photos on a swing chair in the lobby or the small courtyard, as you can see the snow-capped mountains from anywhere in the hotel (see photo 1, taken this morning). 2. **Amenities**: They provide a Dyson hairdryer, 'Black Sister' toothpaste, a large jar of freshly cut kumquat and lemon fruit tea, and four separate fruit platters. Each room comes with a small wooden table, a vintage tea set, and two packets of tea. There's also a private balcony where you can step out. You can brew tea and take your wooden tray tea set out to take pictures. 3. **Oxygen Supply**: Oxygen is supplied 24 hours a day, unlike many hotels that only offer it from 7 PM to 7 AM. It's a diffused oxygen supply with 24% oxygen concentration. Hotels in Litang typically only reach 21%. If you have an oxygen bag, you can even refill it in your room as the interface is compatible. 4. **Service**: Around 8 PM, I felt cold and asked the front desk to check if the air conditioning was working correctly. Without a word, the front desk brought up a massive heater that could reach a maximum temperature of 35 degrees Celsius. You'll sleep soundly and won't get cold, and it's completely silent. 5. **Luggage Service**: If you're staying at the hotel with luggage and find it inconvenient to carry to the attractions the next day, you can store it at the front desk. You also won't have to worry about wasting time and queuing for another shuttle to pick up your luggage at the station on your return journey. A front desk staff member will wait for you at the station with your luggage after your return bus departs. You don't even need to get off; they'll load your luggage directly onto the shuttle bus. Nice! 6. **Convenience Store**: If you're short on food, there's a small supermarket about 50 meters from the hotel. A bowl of braised beef noodles costs only 7 yuan – grab it! This is inside a scenic area; at the visitor center, it would start at 20 yuan.

Let's start with the downsides. The hotel's location is quite inconvenient. It's 2km from the town, meaning you're somewhat reliant on taxis to get there. Although the hotel advertises itself as being close to scenic spots, you still need to take a taxi for a bit; walking takes too long. So, the location is neither here nor there, and you'll depend on taxis for all your comings and goings. In this area where ride-hailing apps don't work, all taxi rides cost 10 yuan. For solo travelers, taking a taxi can be a hassle, as you essentially have to charter the whole car. Now for the positives. From my personal experience, the hotel's human-centric service is absolutely excellent. When the staff learned I had an early bus to catch the next morning, they automatically hung my still-unwashed clothes outside my door and included a bag with breakfast and milk, which was truly impressive. Other thoughtful services, including evening porridge, complimentary Rhodiola rosea soup, refundable unused oxygen tanks, and raincoats, are all commendable. The staff's introductions and reminders clearly show consistent training; they are incredibly comprehensive and detailed, to the point of being almost overly meticulous. I found the hygiene to be good, as I didn't notice any issues, and my stay was quite comfortable. I didn't pay much attention to the facilities, so I won't go into detail. However, they didn't negatively impact my stay, and you can check other people's reviews for more information.

I highly recommend the Jifeng Hot Spring Resort in Daocheng Yading! Staying here was a huge surprise during our self-driving trip along the Yading loop. The hotel is located in Shangri-La Town, only a 16-minute drive from the Daocheng Yading Scenic Area and very close to the Yading Bus Station, making it incredibly convenient for accessing the park. It boasts a large garden parking lot, including charging stations for new energy vehicles, making it very car-friendly. The rooms feature fully voice-controlled smart systems, are luxuriously clean, and are equipped with oxygen supply and humidifiers, which greatly alleviates worries about altitude sickness and effectively helps with acclimatization. The bedding is soft and comfortable, 24-hour hot water is stable, the bathroom is wet/dry separated, and the room is quiet, allowing for a good rest after a long day of hiking. A highlight of the hotel is the snowy hot spring; after a long hike in Yading, soaking in the hot spring to relax your legs completely washes away the fatigue. There's also an indoor swimming pool, a gym, and a self-service laundry room, all incredibly practical for long self-driving trips. The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety with plenty of hot dishes. The hotel also has its own restaurant serving local highland hotpot and Kham-style cuisine, so you don't need to go out looking for food. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, check-in and check-out are efficient, and luggage can be stored for free. The staff patiently explain important tips for exploring Yading. Whether you're self-driving through Daocheng Yading or looking to soothe your body with a hot spring soak after hiking, this hotel's facilities, environment, and service are all top-notch. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Yading!

The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. It even had an oxygen concentrator! I initially booked for one night, but extended for two more days, not just because of the great views, but also thanks to the amazing service staff! They provided us with free hiking poles and umbrellas to borrow, and even a route map! On the second and third days, they brought us fruit, and there's a laundry room on the top floor and a breakfast area on the first floor with a good variety of options! The hotel staff were also very patient. There's parking downstairs, which is convenient for those driving. On the third day, a seam on my small bag came undone, and the housekeeping staff promptly provided a sewing kit! Overall, I felt completely at home!

The hotel is in a great location and it is very convenient to travel and go shopping. The front desk staff was gentle and the check-in efficiency was very high. The rooms were cleaned spotlessly, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation was online, and the rest was very stable at night. The hot water supply is stable, the supporting supplies are complete, the service is intimate and meticulous, the overall price is full, the stay experience is particularly comfortable, and it is worth buying back.

The room experience was simply phenomenal! The ******* aesthetics blend seamlessly with modern design, with meticulous attention to detail. The Thangka decorations in the corridors and the wooden décor create a wonderful atmosphere. The best room was the one with a snow-capped mountain view – floor-to-ceiling windows facing the mountain peaks, and waking up to sunlight streaming into bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, toiletries were complete, and the hot water supply was reliable, making showering a truly relaxing experience. I slept soundly and peacefully. Electric blankets and a humidifier were provided, keeping the room warm and dry even in winter – such thoughtful details! The service was also impeccable! The staff were warm and attentive, turning on the hot water in advance and patiently explaining the tour route and precautions against altitude sickness. They provided free oxygen concentrators and even helped with vehicle booking and luggage handling, offering a welcoming and family-like experience. The local restaurant served incredibly authentic ******* cuisine, with delicious yak hotpot, matsutake chicken soup, and rich, comforting butter tea. Here, you can see snow-capped mountains through the window, gaze at the starry sky, and breathe in pure, clean air. It's the perfect choice for accommodation in Daocheng Yading, offering both a taste of ******* culture and attentive service!
