GGuest UserThis guesthouse is a hidden gem in Yading Village. Its location at Station 3 is convenient yet quiet. It faces the majestic Xiannairi peak, perfect for photography enthusiasts who can capture the sunrise over Xiannairi and the golden sunset over Chanadorje from the rooftop. For friends traveling together or families with children, you can relax on the lounge chairs outside the guesthouse's restaurant, facing the snow-capped mountains, and purify your soul. The rooms are equipped with oxygen supply, ensuring a comfortable stay at high altitudes. For families with children, you can head out for a short hike after checking in. The lake is calmer in the afternoon, and the reflections are clearer due to the angle of the light. For those who love hiking, I highly recommend staying a night in Yading Village. This allows ample time for the long trail and helps you acclimatize better to the high altitude, ensuring you're in top form for hiking the next day. The guesthouse also provides complimentary hiking poles, which is a thoughtful touch. Overall, the experience was incredibly comfortable and offered excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

LLaochaLEONThis hotel has its issues. The overall location, sanitation, and environment are excellent, and the hostess's overall service was also excellent. But why did they give them a bad review for the service? I don't know if it's her son or her husband who's the one with the worst brains. I added him on WeChat to get an invoice, but I sent him a screenshot by mistake. I originally booked the wrong room type at this hotel, so I changed it, so I sent him the wrong screenshot. He got furious. The voicemail said I'd already checked out, so why would they issue an invoice? They're legally responsible, and then he blocked me. I tried to verify my identity by telling him that the screenshot was wrong and that I actually stayed at their hotel. He blocked me and refused to let me go. I'm just asking you for your bad temper. Working in the service industry, are you out of your mind?!

Kkenny1I highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Yading National Park. The owner is very friendly and gave good recommendations to prepare for the hike. Hence, we were very well prepared and managed to hike the entire long and short route in one day. The hotel supplies oxygen 10yuan, raincoat 10yuan and hiking pole 15yuan at a very reasonable price. The hotel is also close to eateries and a convenience store. If you are a foreigner this place will make you feel like home. Overall a very good stay and the owner was so accommodating. We will definitely be back soon.

GGabbfernandaI stayed here again after returning from Yading Nature Reserve, and it was still a very convenient choice. After a long trip, it was nice to come back to a familiar place right across from the bus terminal. The location remained the biggest advantage for me. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so it was easy to find food and buy anything I needed after the hike. The room was comfortable enough to rest and recover before continuing my journey. The owner was also friendly and helpful during my second stay, just like before. Overall, this hotel is a practical and reliable option for anyone visiting Yading or using Xianggelila Town as a transit stop.

GGuest UserWhen visiting Daocheng Yading, this place is conveniently located near Yading Square. They offer ******* traditional clothing photography. There are also many pets in the hotel; the cats and dogs on the first floor are adorable. The beds and rooms are clean and tidy, and even foreigners stay here, which is really nice. It's also super quick to get to the long hiking trails in Yading from here. The proprietress is very welcoming.

GGuest UserI was there twice, before and after visiting yading reserve. The first time was nice, the room and shower weren't the best but ok, and the lady at the reception was super helpful with all my questions. On the second time, there was a problem with the water which I only found out after I entered the shower. A small sign could have helped. Eventually I got the water for the shower but later I wanted to go for the toilet and couldn't flush since there were no water, and there was nobody at the reception to ask for help. They changed my bed and the wall near the new bed was filty, and somewhen after midnight they entered the room while I was asleep, turned the light on and started changing the covers for a new girl in the room. I'm sorry but that should have happened during daylight, not at this time, or they should have just given her one of the other vacant beds in the room.

KKamonmart789I love the location and cleaning of the place. This is my 1st time in Shangrila town. The Owner is very friendly and helpful. He guided me and walk with me to buy a bus ticket even he is cannot speak English but Google translate and wechat can help us a lot. So I ended up book 1 more night in Riwa Location : Great, 5 mins walk from Riwa Bus station (hotel is next to the bus station but it’s in the backside) Room : Big and Clean Water pressure : High but slightly take time to hot (it’s so cold in April) Hotel has Elevator ! You can find a taxi around a town Plenty of food and supermarket near by I recommend this hotel

CCHANONWe just need to stay overnight to take the morning flight in Daocheng. We arrived around 8pm, so didn't get to see much of the town. Good points: + The hotel has elevator, which is helpful, even though a little old. + There is a supermarket opposite the hotel, so we could buy food for our next day breakfast as the rooms didn't come with breakfast. + The staff is very helpful in booking us a taxi the next morning to go to the airport. + The room we got has no cigarette smell Improvement point: - The hot shower was working, but the water pressure was low, so it's very hard to shower without getting cold.
