This hotel offers incredible value for money, delivering an experience that easily rivals high-end establishments. The decor is refined and stylish, with attention to detail evident throughout. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, ensuring a quiet and livable space, and the mattress strikes the perfect balance between soft and firm, making for a very comfortable rest after a long journey. The internet is stable and fast, the bathroom layout is well-designed, and all facilities are brand new. There's ample parking with easy access. The rooms are spotless and tidy, with no dust on the bedding, and check-in at the front desk was efficient. Breakfast offers a diverse selection, including local specialties. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. I highly recommend staying here.

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

First time staying at Jinjiang Group Xi'an Hotel. The front desk staff is enthusiastic and professional. The cleaning staff is warm and thoughtful. The work is meticulous. The room environment is comfortable. I wish all the staff good work.

I've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again.

The hotel is about a 35-minute taxi ride from Taoxian Airport, which is quite fast. It's next to Hang Lung Plaza on Youth Street, and People's Square Metro Line 2 is nearby. Xita Food Street and the Palace Museum are both within 5 kilometers by taxi. The doormen provide excellent service, actively helping with luggage and escorting us to our rooms. They even open the car doors for us every time we take a taxi – thumbs up! The elevators to the 88th-floor lobby are very fast. After reading reviews, I requested a non-smoking room, and the hotel patiently helped me check each room for smoke odor, which was a very good service – thumbs up to the front desk staff! We requested a twin room, and both beds were large and soft, which the kids loved. Noticing we drank a lot of water, the housekeeping auntie proactively provided extra bottled water and tea bags the next day without us even asking. Very thoughtful. I must praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The beef noodles were so delicious; I ate them all three days of my stay. The Hongcheng pies were also super tasty 😋. Just writing this review brings back the delicious memories. Special thanks again to Elena and Clara for their service. Because of their and other hotel staff's service, we want to stay at Conrad again! A wonderful memory, and I hope the hotel continues to thrive!

I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions. The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi. The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying. Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

The staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in, responding promptly to requests. Whether for a business trip or a short vacation, staying here offers great value for money. The hotel has put a lot of thought into the small details of its facilities. The gym, hallways, restaurant, and sky garden are all beautiful – truly living up to its name, 'Beautiful View Hotel'. The gym is incredibly well-equipped, and the swimming pool is large; any fitness enthusiast would be thrilled. For breakfast, as soon as you walk in, you can get free iced Americanos, and the variety of food is extensive without feeling crowded, making for a great dining experience. I also appreciate the hotel upgrading me to a suite. The room was spacious with a well-planned layout, separating the living and sleeping areas. They even have robots to deliver takeout, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang.

Before going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.
