Be it hundred-year-old red brick wall, the antique cypress front door, or the tatami floor mat, the laid-back lifestyle can be experienced everywhere in the old house. Historical sites and gourmet snack stalls can be found on Hai'an Road, Shennong Street, Fengshen Temple, Zhengxing Street and Guohua Street which are just 5 minutes' walk away. Every room at this homestay is air conditioned and is fitted with a flat-screen TV. A balcony or patio are featured in certain rooms. Every room comes with a private bathroom equipped with a shower. Extras include slippers, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The property has a laid-back lounge bar that opens from 20:00 to 23:00. Cocktails, beers, or non-alcoholic drinks are served here.
"The boss is super nice! ! If you like retro style friends hurry up and stay! Every small detail is also beautiful! From the gate to every corner of the room is also retro style! Love this place very much! Note that there is no elevator, all take the stairs, if you have mobility problems, you should pay attention, downstairs is a bar, you can drink downstairs, but the sound insulation is not very good, if you are easy to wake up friends may not be used to it."

I absolutely loved the design of this guesthouse; the quality was superb, and the location was incredibly convenient, with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hairdryer was a Dyson. My only regret was not being able to get any drinks; I don't know why the bars were all empty 🥲. The owner's collection was amazing, and I was extremely satisfied with the bathtub!

Overall, it was a fantastic and comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I've stayed here before, and they're great at remembering if it's a birthday or anniversary, always offering a complimentary cake and a card. This time, they even gave me a cute horse-themed doll!

The manager who in charged of breakfast refuse my foreigners customer to eat breakfast. The confirmation and notification SOP was very poor. The front desk people and the restaurant people seemed to be disconnected. The experience was very bad.

Wandering StarThe hotel is new, the rooms are spacious, and the beds, mattresses, pillows, and bathroom amenities are all excellent. I especially liked the selection of food at the breakfast buffet. The staff are all young and have a friendly and enthusiastic work attitude. Unfortunately, we stayed during the Mid-Autumn Festival, and although we were excited to go to the rooftop to admire the moon, the Sky Bar closed at 9 pm, so we were disappointed.
There's a park opposite the hotel where you can go for a morning run, and it's close to Yuguang Island for watching the sunset over the beach – definitely worth it! (Mid-Autumn Festival sunset view attached)

A great hot spring experience. Both the elders and children had a great time. The room was very clean. The bed was big enough for two adults to take a nap. You can also borrow cribs and bathtubs from the hotel. The viewing platform on the sixth floor of the hotel looks very beautiful👍The only drawback is that there are not many dishes to choose from for breakfast. The dishes are cold and should have been prepared in advance. But the overall review is great.

While it's a bit of a walk from the train station, the hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with plenty of local eateries and convenience stores nearby. The room was spotless, and I especially appreciated the smart mirror in the bathroom, which connects via Bluetooth to play music – a definite bonus! The staff were also very polite, helpful, and personable. They even took the initiative to chat with us and recommend local attractions in Tainan. In the evening, you can unwind with drinks in the bar area – it's a really chill spot! I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance!
