Stayed for two nights. Had some issue with our hotel room key. The staff were very proactive trying to resolve the issue, but it was only till the 2nd day of our stay that was resolved. There was no compensation for the incovenience caused as we only had 1 phisical key for 4 ppl. Having said that, the rest of the service was very nice, would be happy to go back again.

Important: Please bring ear plugs! the sound from street traffic is kind of echoey and loud. I went to buy some after my first night. Location is hard to beat. I got to try quite a few good eateries just by staying here. And there are street markets of different types within short walking distance. I was staying in a room on 2nd level and using the shared bathroom, but it looked like i was the the only one using it. Everything is clean and spotless, as if the place is very new. The hot/cold water dispenser at ground level is very useful. More hooks/hangers in the room for hanging clothes would be nice. The light feature above the bed and the full-length glass windows that allow natural light are very aesthetically pleasing. What was perhaps unusual and a bit unnerving - a first for me - was that i didn't see ANY person around the whole of my 4-day stay. I arrived late and had to do a self check-in on the first day so that was to be expected, but on subsequent days no staff were at reception, nor did i see any guests (though i could faintly hear them in their rooms on certain days). Is this a low season thing? Having said that, i found the self-check in and check-out is quite convenient and if you have connected with them over Whatsapp, they send clear instructions beforehand. They will also answer any questions over Whataspp, so i guess it's like a virtual receptionist?

The hotel lobby is quite stylish and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. We stayed in a triple room, and the keyless entry (password lock) was convenient for all of us. The room size was good, though the hanging space for clothes was a bit small and inconveniently located above where you'd place cups and bottles. The bathroom was roomy but lacked hooks for clothes. Soundproofing was just average, and the room lighting was a bit dim. A big plus was the modern hairdryer – it dried hair really fast! The self-service drink machine and snack cabinet in the lobby were also a nice touch; although the snacks were a bit sweet, the unlimited access was satisfying.

Had a pleasant time in this hotel. Provided snacks and drinks daily. The male staff that was at the reception at night was very helpful in helping us call local shops and finding things. The breakfast was also delicious! Would return next time!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very cozy, clean, and nicely decorated, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. Everything was well-prepared and felt very welcoming. One of the highlights was definitely the onsen — it was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained. The environment was peaceful and relaxing, and it felt incredibly comfortable soaking there. It really helped us unwind and made the whole experience even more memorable. Overall, this was truly one of the best stays we’ve had. You'll need to find public parking spaces or paid parking lots nearby, which is a bit inconvenient. 2. **Room & Facilities** 🛌 * **Style:** Continues the 'Little Deer Entertainment' forest magic theme with a great design aesthetic. * **Facilities:** Rooms usually come with a bathtub (in some room types), stable Wi-Fi, and some rooms have a small desk for work. * **Comfort:** Comfortable beds, quiet at night, and silent air conditioning and refrigerator. * **Minor drawbacks:** Hot water sometimes takes a while to come through, and some guests have noted signs of wear and tear or minor cleanliness issues in certain details. 3. **Service & Common Areas** ✨ * **Front Desk Service:** Staff are friendly and welcoming, and sometimes offer small gifts during check-in. * **Lounge:** There's a comfortable common area on the second floor offering complimentary snacks, drinks, and coffee, which is highly praised.

The hotel lobby appeared to be undergoing renovations. The elevator was making strange noises due to a malfunction and wasn't even shut down, which was quite unsettling. The facilities were a major letdown. Considering this hotel is already one of the pricier options in Guanzi Ridge, the quality really shouldn't be this low. However, the room itself was truly impeccable. It boasted large floor-to-ceiling windows, and both the hot spring water and the shower heated up quickly. Overall, it was quite good. Breakfast was the most pleasant part of my stay. Dining amidst the forest was a fantastic experience.

The hotel room was clean and basic for the most part and a few small bugs in the bathroom, but nothing major. 4 bottles of water are included and slippers. Beds are firm and comfortable and pillows are ok. However, if you are allergic to napthelene (moth balls), then stay away as the place is strong smelling of moth balls though the room doesn't have a closet or wardrobe. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ The bathroom is very basic without a door rack to hang your clothes and the shower partition is only enough to shield the toilet from splashes and without any sliding doors. Toilet doesn't accept toilet paper, so you'll need to put into the provided waste basket. The young lady at the counter was generally helpful, but in a basic kind of way. The hotel is conveniently located right across from the Taiwan railway station in ”downtown” kind of area. The lobby looked big, clean, and decent with a ”putting green” off to the side. The room is quiet, though there are people talking loudly as they check in late at night. The lobby “free wifi” connects, but has no internet service. Room wifi is unsecured, so make sure you have a vpn or use it for unimportant things. They also provide a free luggage storage service before you check in so you can sightsee without lugging your luggage around town. Overall, it’s a good choice for a basic short stay at a very convenient location. The price is also very good. Recommended choice for your next Tainan trip.

Very convenient location, within walking distance of many popular attractions. Service was average - the staff were not particularly friendly or polite. The bathroom and overall room were clean enough, except for the bedding. I found several clear-ish white stains on my bedding. Although they were dried stains, I still didn't want to sleep with them. When I went to the front desk to ask for new sheets, they didn't apologize at all, but did give me a clean blanket. Except for that, the stay was fine.
